Egan’s is the most welcoming, positive workout group I’ve ever been a part of ?? They make you feel like family from day one. Not only does this keep you wanting to come back, but they’re also going to hold you accountable should you need it!Beyond the positive atmosphere, their workouts are wonderful! Everyday is different which keeps me out of a boredom induced rut. Each coach helps you with form should you need it or modifications if the particular exercise isn’t for you just yet due to fitness level or injuries. Egan’s is truly for all levels, all ages!Last, but certainly not least, these workouts fit into anyone’s hectic lifestyle! They’re offered at all sorts of hours throughout the day, they’re only 30 minutes long, AND they have a little area for your kids to hangout and watch / do crafts / read should you need it. There are NO excuses for not being able to make Egan’s fit into your life ??My only regret is not joining sooner!

LOVE working out at Egan's Fit Body Bootcamp in Kailua. I've been working out there for over 2 years now....love the new and innovative workouts, and only 30 minutes...so you're in and out! Trainers are amazing, and help you along the way! I highly recommend Egans!!

Egans is a amazing , safe place to get a good workout in, sweat a lot, and in a short amount of time! With the classes being 30 minutes, its convenient and works with every bodies schedules! They work with you on goals and keep in contact with you to see how you’re doing. The coaches and staff make sure we’re all taken care of and takes personal interest in each and every one of us. I highly recommend Egans to go workout! You will not go wrong and will love it immediately!

I had the absolutely unfortunate experience of working with one of the trainers, who promised she would assist with nutrition etc She also stated she would call, when she did not. I would Not recommend this business. The passive aggressive way of dealing with me personally I found disrespectful and insulting. And I’m questioning waa this a racial issue also? I came into their bootcamp through a free marketing programme they were offering. I was disrespected when I questioned why I wasn’t contacted. And was told by the coach. To be clear I joined a free program, I asked for the justification and that was the response. Her demeanor was offensive and disgraceful and I would Never put my Dollar with them.

Egan’s Bootcamp in Kailua is a terrific gym for all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. When starting (or trying to get back on track) with a workout, it can be very scary or at least uncomfortable. The staff and members at Egan’s are very warm and welcoming.

Never thought that I would join a gym at 72! It is just what I need to trim down and tone up this body. I can’t stop getting older but I can make sure that I stay strong. I’ve lost some weight and plenty of inches and am able to wear the skinny jeans that have been hanging in my closet for years! Love the Staff. They are knowledgeable, supportive, challenging, caring and make a 30 minute sweat session FUN.

I absolutely love this place! The community is strong and the instructors make you feel so welcome. Go at your own pace and challenge yourself; no matter what it is, the coaches are right there with you on your whole Journey.

I’ve been with Egan’s Kailua for about 5-6 months and I’ve enjoyed every single class! Don’t get me wrong, the workouts hit you in a good spot and make you glisten with a bucket of sweat! I appreciate the coaches and the other staff- they’re always friendly and pushing to keep going and not quitting! One tiny suggestion that would definitely push for a 5 out of 5 star rating is if they had another late after class time slot. Some days I’m done with work at 530 and would wanna get a class in.

The best fitness program around! Egan’s is the whole package! They truly care about you and your fitness journey. They check in with you regularly and celebrate your progress. Not only will you create a habit of regular exercise for a healthier you, you’ll get extremely fit, learn about better eating, lose fat and inches, and you’re going to LOVE doing it. I love working out at Egan’s Bootcamp in Kailua. They have a great group of coaches and staff that are very positive and supportive. Everyone is so encouraging, no matter what your ability level. It’s 30 minutes of intensive work, but I always feel great when I’m done.

I have never been so excited to wake up (and work out!!) in the morning! I love Egan’s Bootcamp; it’s fun, challenging, exciting, and quick! For the first time in my life I am able to make time for my fitness. I’m feeling great and looking great :) - and it’s a great little community too!

Egan’s Bootcamp has been life changing for me. The coaches and staff are so friendly and supportive. The classes are a great way to start my mornings and they encourage healthy habits throughout the day. It’s perfect for all fitness levels and the best part is seeing results.

I’ve tried other gyms and this one is the best by far. Warm, supportive coaches who push you and keep you accountable. The workouts are fast and hard and leave you feeling strong and positive. Highly recommend!
