We dropped in to CrossFit Kailua while on vacation and absolutely loved it. The coaches and members were so welcoming, plus you can't beat the views. If and when we come back to Hawaii, CFK will be a must.

Don’t sleep on open gym! You have the entire gym and you can use all the equipment and there’s also a coach there the whole time to help you with what your goals are. Besides that the classes help keep you on track and teach you new things. Lots of fun events to train for! What a great community!
