“I love going to the chair fitness classes and the cleanliness of the facility. Also, I like how all of the equipment I use, works. A lot of gyms have a lot of broken equipment or the equipment has parts of it that don’t work. I am in my mid 20’s but I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and regular workout classes are too much up and down for me. Thank you for not saying “Senior” Piyo just Chair Piyo, Chair Fitness etc. Some Y’s name these classes for Seniors only and the Windward Y does not and I like that.”
