Jay was awesome. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I wanted and purchased a new stereo/camera for reversing. As I've gotten older it's m more of a challenge to reverse. The installation was very quick. Jay spent the time to explain how to operate it when the car was ready. I'm grateful for that. I highly recommend Car Audio & Security.

Aloha -Outstanding Service, Very Knowledgeable.Took my truck in to their shop on Friday morning with HID Headlight issues. Their Tech’s took it right in, fixed the issue then installed new lower Driving lights and for an Outstanding price and very timely.I Highly recommend Car Audio and Security Specialists to anyone needing their services. Had a new head unit installed and back up camera.Now having static noise over speakers when volume is turned up. Hear it over everything. Very annoying. Took it back in to have them fix it and they tried a new head unit which didn't solve issue. They Didn't check ground or other wiring issues. Basically said it is what it is.They didn't even mention a static noise during the install or after the car was ready.... Seems like just letting a problem go and now letting the customer deal.Back up camera was fine but they didn't adjust the angle or settings. Did it on my own after they said car was done. Would be nice to be shown how to operate the new equipment.

Great work and very informative specialist here. They were able to do the job in a couple of hours. I had my vehicle back the same day. I was also able to get a good deal on the equipment and installation. I recommend.

I have been to 4 different shops on island and this is the only shop that really did a thorough walkthrough of everything you needed before quoting you the wrong price.Not only that but the box I had to have installed, the boss wanted to build me a custom one but he told me he would rather me wait and see if I liked what I had before making a sale. That’s how I knew I could trust them.On top of the clean install, and giving me a fair price, we encountered a problem when I drove off and came back for them to fix a part that went bad (not there fault) in a couple minutes and back to the road with King Kong in my trunk.Thanks guys!

Visited the shop one day for and estimate , had a 9:30 appt. For the next day . Everyone was very courteous and helpful . I knew what I wanted , they explained what would be done with a very fair price .Came back the next day at my appointed time and dropped the vehicle off. I received a call that my vehicle was ready for pickup in less than 1 1/2 hours.Perfect - folks there are full of aloha , nice to see in Kailua Mahalo

I needed a new radio and two new speakers for an older model SUV. Jay was extremely helpful and they were able to install the new system immediately. My old SUV now has great sound, and I can connect my phone through Bluetooth. They were terrific!!!

Work was not great at all. They secured my amp with drywall screws to my carpet with no backer they came loose after a month. The auto starter they installed has caused 3 other problems in my car now. Do not go here

This is a very Honest and dependable business! Daniel, at the counter, was genuinely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was not sure what I needed. He calmly answered my questions and shared info without being pushy or impatient.Instead of trying to sell me new equipment, they found a faulty wire and fixed that instead. Saved me $225!The technician was also friendly and knowledgeable.I Will always do business with this company at this location!Thank You so very much!!
