Since I am also Japanese, the process was quite smooth.It's 16$ for an hour and 60$ for a day, so it seems more expensive than a pedal bicycle, but since there was quite a bit of uphill to get to Lanikai Beach, I think it was the right choice.I returned it at the end when I got used to it and was able to get some speed, so I want to enjoy it a little more slowly this time.What did you enjoy in Hawaii? It was so much fun that I said, "I wonder if it's a bicycle" (lol)The pet dog ? (Konatsu-chan? Kokona-chan?) was so cute ♡”

“2024/4/10 I went without a reservation.I was wondering if I should rent an electric bicycle somewhere else.I chose this because it was cheap so I could cover the slopes with my physical strength.We aimed for Kailua Beach and Lanikai Beach and were able to get there without getting lost using the map we received.I was able to climb the slope to Lanikai Beach easily with the gearbox without much trouble. (It is a short distance even if you get off and push by hand)I was actually glad I was using a regular bike because I was able to take the shortest course without having to go the wrong way on a one-way street with an electric bike.I think people who can ride Japanese bicycles will be able to ride it easily, even though the brakes are the opposite of what they are in Japan.There were no other customers during the rental process, soIt was easy and didn't take much time, just entering the address on the computer. The clerk was friendly and kind.”

“It's nice to see a bike/triathlon shop that cares about customers. While wasting time trying to find a small, insignificant part to them, but a deal breaker for me, they serviced a client tracking down a running shoe, helped a woman trying to find a bike for her son, and a guy trying to get his wheel rebuilt. It wasn't just the, "oh, here you go", both employees explained to the customers some of the background, pros and cons, and provided estimates of both cost and time. Appreciate the sincerity helping customers!”

“My rental bicycle had a flat tire, so I first consulted with my wife's rental bicycle and they said they would repair it, so I carried it about 1km to get it repaired.The replacement tube cost $15, labor cost $20, and the work was done in about 30 minutes, which was very helpful.The staff were very friendly and made me feel very welcome, so I bought cycle gloves and a lock wire as souvenirs.Many customers visit, and I feel that the reason why it is such a popular bicycle shop is because of the friendly staff.It's a little hard to see from Ala Moana BLVD, but you can tell it's open because there's a banner that says "We are OPEN."”

“This is one of the best experiences I've had in my life. Ryan was pleasant and genuinely wanted to help every single person who entered. I kinda knew what I wanted, and he didn't hesitate to make sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Everything the shop said they would do, they did so in a timely manner, and communication was very good with quick to immediate responses from him and the rest of the team. I liked the service so much that I've continually given the Honolulu shop's location to many co-workers who seem to be interested in E-bikes.
