From the moment I walked into kailua & talked to iris, then had my bed delivered by Willy & Mason , the experience was great. Iris very helpful and never rushed with me. Willy & Mason kept me informed from that morning to when they delivered. They apologized foe being late, but were well within the time frame stated. Fantastic experience!

Bridget was incredible! They had a lot of selection and tons of inventory in stock. A ton of top-of-the-line beds as well as beds for each income level. Super impressed very friendly staff prices were great.

Wanted to send a big Mahalo to the great guys from BedMart Kailua who delivered our new mattress & took away the old one on 7/13/24! These two guys accomplished the job so quickly & skillfully, with so much Aloha, humor & care. They were especially sweet & helpful to the two of us Kupuna. WOW! Bridget was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions and even recommended we do the diagnostic sleep test to verify our comfort levels which was spot on with what we were looking and gave us confidence in our selection. She was so knowledgeable and kind it felt like we were dealing with family! I highly recommend Bridget or Rita for all of your mattress needs! You won’t regret it!
