326-3 Kuulei Rd, Kailua“We have been to most antique shops in Oahu- this is our favorite. It’s a treasure trove of beautiful antiques. The owner was absolutely wonderful to us- we got a postcard, cd, and some Hawaiian airlines luggage tags for free when we checked out. You’ll want some time when you’re inside to be sure you see everything— it’s truly an antique paradise! Looking forward to making this a regular stop on our annual trips! Don’t mind the negative reviews— just don’t bring loud kids or giant bags in here- it’s tight turns and packed with incredible finds! We didn’t need an appointment either!”

1156 Nuuanu Ave, Honolulu“A delightful cabinet of curiosities, Hound & Quail is a charming shop of carefully curated gifts, cards, art, stuffed animals, bugs in lucite and so much more. There is some serious attention to detail going on here and items in price points that will appeal to everyone. If you're interested in decor or gifts that run...shall we say...far left of center...then this is the place for you.”

1121 Nuuanu Ave, Honolulu“Happened to park in front of shop on July 4th and curiosity trigger me to wander in. Bought a very nice pair of sunglasses. Very well made and stylish at a good price. Will definitely return.”
“Well worth a visit! A wide ranging selection of beautiful things, mostly Hawaiiana and Asian, but from all over. Most of the vendors are very knowledgeable about their mostly vintage and antique wares. Prices can be steep but most of the items are real quality...and there are bargains to be found! It's like wandering through an eclectic museum...but you can actually take this stuff home! I look forward to it every year.”
“Happy Lunar New Year! I was looking for something for the upcoming lunar new year and I was in the area to purchase some dinner items and of course seeing the eye catching vibrance of red that filled up the outside of the shop as I've passed here countless times but never really gave them a look. Delightful shop owner instantly greets me and asks me what I'm looking for which I replied "I don't know!" lol! Following me and keep asking though I know I was looking for something just not knowing as I browse upon the mountain of plush dragons and the tower of red envelopes. I saw some cute keychains with various animals from the Chinese horoscope and thought they looked pretty cute and grabbed a couple which they put in envelope since I told them they were gifts...the envelopes kept breaking which I didn't mind as I'm using them in another way. They had so many items here and at such great prices it was still quite overwhelming to shop in here with your personal shopper constantly at your side but a great nice place and wished I could've spent more time here. Thank you!”
“I happened to come across this store while waiting at a traffic light in my rental car, and the next day I went there by bus and on foot and was impressed by the wide selection of products! The woman at the cash register is Japanese and has a wealth of knowledge, and although she mainly sells second-hand clothing, she also has current items as well. What's more, Reynspooner has a dedicated corner, which fans can't resist. Prices are also reasonable, starting at $40.Tourists are always coming and going. According to the woman at the cash register, ``We don't do any advertising and rely on word of mouth from customers.'' It's about a 15 minute walk from the beach, but it's worth a visit.”
“This place is so cool! They have a little bit of everything and even if you don't think you're into antiques, you should check it out. There's something there that will catch your attention, guarantee it. As a history buff, I really enjoyed looking through the old photos and maps their had, as well as the movie posters and figurines. Go check it out!”
“Omg so happy I seen someone post this hidden gem on Instagram otherwise I never would've known about it and I scored some great stuff! First off the location, the GPS kept telling us to turn across the street where the school is. Thank goodness for yelp photos we were looking for a parking lot. This spot is on the backside of the building address listed. Once you turn off the main street down a side street, you can't miss the entrance to the parking lot right after. It's a tiny spot filled with so many treasures. The sweet lady working there said it's filled with goodies from over 29 vendors. It can get a little hard to maneuver with lots of people but just have to shuffle around. Aside from clothes and bags there's jewelry, patches, stickers, and antiques of every kind. Be sure to check out this spot you never know what you might find!”
