I procrastinated way too long to make a banner I needed at work and was frantically looking for someone to save me. Found Xpress Reprographics and they saved the day. Got my banner done in a day and added a lot to the design that I wasn't even expecting. They even found a way to tweak the design to save me $100! Will be using them more in the future.

Overpriced and bad communication. I've worked in graphics and the marketing world for over 10 years and know exactly how much work weeding a simple vinyl decal takes and applying transfer paper to it. I dropped off a pre-made and fully cut vinyl that only needed weeding and transfer paper. They told me it would be done in a few hours and would be around 60$. I called every day for the next 3 days wondering if it was ready and they kept telling me they will contact me when it's done. They did not. I called on the 4th day and she said "yeah it's been ready". My brother then picked it up and the total was $250. This is actually ridiculous for the amount of work that was done and materials needed, if I was quoted this at the beginning with the lead time of 4 DAYS I would have never gave them this project. I'm sure these people rip everyone off with their services beyond this if this simple job was that expensive. Will never support them again. Much better and more affordable printing shops on island.
