The room has recently been remodeled. The view from most rooms is of the pool. We have a sliver of the ocean from our balcony and are so grateful we have that. I love Hawaii!

Friendly staff & clean rooms. It didn’t bother me much while working on the lanai but it might help to invest in quiet operating leaf blowers for staff to use on the grounds.. STIHL has a quiet leaf blower.. Wyndham should look into using these instead - might decrease complaints

We had no soap and no shampoo in the bathroom when we checked in! How low can Windham sink the former Trendwest quality... for the sake of its investors' profits and board members' bonuses? I am disgusted!!!! I bought Trendwest ownership! I got Windham mediocrity after 15 years of decline in quality and legal manipulations of my real estate purchase terms, originally under the laws if the state of WA.
Rooms: The rooms were better 7 years ago! Before Windham trashed them!
Noteworthy details: Do not buy Windham timeshares. Get rid of them, if you can!

Short walk to the beach (rocky) there were cockroaches and ants in our room even though the overall cleanliness was excellent.

Staff as always was fantastic, they were very attentive to all our needs and were always very curious. However you will be subjected to their aggressive timeshare sales agents right in the lobby. Beware they will promise you anything to get you to commit to a sales presentation, remember you are in Hawaii and your time is valuable.I have stayed at this location several times and watched it evolve over the years. The location is just a short distance from downtown.Rooms: Rooms and facilities were recently updatedNoteworthy details: Incredible staff. They went out of their way to make our stay easy. However the timeshare sales people were dishonest or misleading to get you to the sales presentation.

The rooms need a bit of upkeep, but the service is second to none.Rooms: The rooms need a bit of remodeling and update, but they are comfortable and serve their purpose.Nearby activities: If you go about 1.5 miles down the road you can find good food, fun, and several activities. It's a nice leisure walk.Walkability: Nice leisure walk to downtown.

Fantastic location. The rooms were incredibly spacious. The beds were super comfortable. The area is peaceful and quiet for a great night sleep. Great location just off the main road and easy to find. Staff was friendly. Pool is great and as children's pool on site.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were there to serve us with whatever we needed quickly. Our biggest problem was ants and roaches but they tried to fix the problem on multiple times, and housekeeping to do a better job cleaning and dusting.
