“Highly recommend! They must treat their employees well because everyone is so friendly and helpful which makes for a great guest experience. Had the privilege of staying here for a few weeks recently in both basic & oceanfront rooms. Both are wonderful. You can't go wrong with any of their rooms here. Shout-out to Michael at the front desk, Conrad at the restaurant, and all housekeeping for excellent service.
Also, the band at the pool on Halloween was PHENOMENAL. It was fun listening to live music from the pool instead of just the restaurant. If those guys performed here every weekend by the pool, I'd come book just to see them and hear them play. They had people dancing and cheering. Awesome time.”

“Great location. Suite was great for family of 5. Was able to check in early and check out late. Staff let us use the pool and shower as well as store luggage the day we departed, which was not until 11pm. Was a nice way to refresh before the long flight home.”

“The hotel is great but some of the employees ruined our experience. Either they don't understand English (!?) or they just work in a very unfriendly manner. There is a need for action here! We sometimes felt like we were more of a nuisance (waiters).”
