The service and communication was great. Pick-up/drop-off was right at our hotel - we really wanted to avoid the wait at rental car places. The Jeep was clean and had everything we needed - chairs, towels, cooler. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in our rented Jeep. They delivered to our condo and we were able to drop off at the airport when we left. What a great way to see the big island and plenty of room for the family.
