Susan was absolutely amazing to work with! We hired her to re-upholster our outdoor furniture. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the job as I tend to have a bit of OCD. Susan was wonderful. We needed to change the cushions on our 8 dining room chairs for our Waikoloa vacation rental. I brought in pictures to choose the fabric. She helped me and the pattern was perfect! The chairs are comfortable. The timeline was just as she predicted. The price was great.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO KALOKO FURNITURE! Bought a beautiful power reclining couch & love seat set from Kaloko Furniture about 5 years ago. A few weeks after delivery we noticed one of the metal feet under the couch did not have a rubber protector on it, and our hard wood flooring was scratched up beyond repair. The manager at the time was very gracious, and gave us money back. Every few months since then, the power-recline feature just stops working. They've replaced

This store is fantastic. I have enjoyed all of my multiple shopping experiences and found a variety of great items to outfit my three bedroom townhouse. Plus, Lianna is so warm, friendly and personable, I drop in on a regular basis to "talk story" and shop for any other "must haves." I was in earlier today just to say HI and ended up walking out with a beautiful combo end table/tray. I can't say enough could things about this store. It's worth a visit.

Susan is as lovely as she is knowledgeable. She recovered a 1050 sofa for us and did a fabulous job. Her store is filled with treasures and she does not have something you need she will find a way to get it. My company could not thrive without Susan's help. Make sure you stop by, her store is worth it.

I am thrilled to have discovered The Find! I gave Susan the monumental task of reupholstering an older, but comfy, recliner that my husband didn't want to part with. But because it is in a property that is an active vacation rental there was only a window of a week to get the job done between occupants. Susan helped me pick fabric from her sample books, gave me a fair price and the job was done on time as promised. I couldn't be more pleased with The Find, they really came through for me. Visit their eclectic shop for art, collectibles and furniture when you're in town, or consider them for your upholstery projects.
