I was given a card with QR code to skip the wait line when I got there but the employee would not allow me to use it. She was rude and slow then intentionally made me wait longer when I was next in line and went into the back room and disappeared ? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They failed to mail me my final bill and sent it to collections… pretty shady stuff. I would have paid if I would have known it was due. It’s settled now.

I have been to this location 3 times over the last 2 months. I have been helped by 2 individuals, Rodney and Vai. The only reason I give this place 3 stars is because of the quick and easy service that I received from Vai. If it wasn't for Vai, this place would have no stars. However, Rodney needs more training/assistance in helping customers with literally anything they need help with. He should have a trainer by his side throughout the entirety of his shifts until he gets everything down pact. Both times that I have had to deal with Rodney, he has asked other employees for help while they were helping another customer. Rodney needs to be retrained or he needs to have a trainer with him.Major props to Vai for getting our other mobile line set up in literally less than 30 minutes! We were in and out within 30 minutes of being called to the counter. Vai has great customer service and she is so quick to get customers out in no time. Thank you Vai! Much aloha!

We returned extra TV equipment today. It took FOREVER because the employee was LOST. After 30 minutes I asked David Driscoll the manager to look over what the guy did and he said it was all correct. Well what he did was turn off our cable card and the tv packages we have had for 10 years and now guess what? They can't turn them back on at the same price so we are just screwed. If a company can't even run a cable internet business why are they selling phones? I'll go ahead and write the FCC since this is a regulated business and see if they will step in and fix this issue. I just spend 45 minutes with their 800 number people since there is NO way to contact the office. That means the office will never even know they totally screwed this up. If you have to go to the store try to first figure out if the employee you get has been there long enough to know what they are doing. Once they get into their computer which you can't see they can screw everything up for you and good luck getting it fixed.

Very rubish service with tech over the phone! I called for my cable after about an hour technician on phone can’t fix anything and on top very rude discourteous asked me to take cable box to nearest spectrum store to change it! When I asked to send technician at my place he said we charge you for technician bc technician charge the company and we charge customers for technician services! Are you kidding me I have no cable and this rubish m!

The ladies were very friendly, the young lady that helped me wanted to make sure I knew what services I had. She was not trying to push me in for an up sale. Which I appreciate. I don't like being made to feel like I'm obligated to do so. I didn't have a long wait either. Definitely would recommend this store if you're in need of internet phone, or cable.Thanks ladies you're doing a great job.

Horrible and frustrating experience. Older woman employees not helpful at all, and I don’t think they know what their doing. I have an existing account and wanted to purchase a new phone and pay in full for it because I didn’t want monthly payments. I’m not sure why but she made me enter my ssn 3 different times and kept saying it’ll be $29.99 then they said I couldn’t split the price of the phone between two different payment methods and could only use the card on file because the spectrum system isn’t set up for split payments????? At this point I’m already frustrated and now confused and to make things worse she couldn’t even set the new phone up. She handed it over and said here you have to set it up. Uh hello I’m not the tech person, aren’t you trained for this? Wouldn’t recommend going in when the older woman are working the counter. Not knowledgeable or helpful at all. Zero stars.

Dave made this trip to Spectrum a 5-Star trip! We had a complicated ask, and even though it took awhile, Dave was willing to provide excellent customer service and help us until our request was fully resolved. Thanks, Dave!

Spectrum is a monopoly. They can be as cold blooded as they want because they don’t have a lot of competition. Money talks bug the things they do, it’s pretty amazing they’re not in jail. It’s all about the money. Zero customer service. Zero dignity.

Waited 40 minutes to be told that they can’t give me my upgraded equipment without the old modem. They won’t mail it to my PO BOX only the service address which USPS does not deliver to. They wanted to charge me $60 for a tech to drop off. Unbelievable

Double charged me for the same month and they refused to remove the extra charge! Use another option for cable and internet if possible.

I wouldn't even give the store one star but that is the only option they have. They are absolutely dishonest and I would never ever buy or use their services again. Besides dishonest they have constant spectrum commercials every other commercial despite paying over $100 for their crappy service cable. The wait at the store was ridiculous with only two people working. Again I'm just wanna say how dishonest and disgusted I am with this store. Don't let them screw you like they did me.
