7 years using there service it’s good when it’s working but it’s constantly in and out and it’s always a headache. I want a steady flow people not a up and down crap heap.

There are no options in Hawaii… due to constant service disruptions and poor customer service I would suggest any one else.

Wow. So slowwww. Took 45mins to pickup a modem. An hour of waiting in line but there was only one customer in front of me in the cue. These guys are sloooow!

Charged $55 for “four days of service” because I was switching providers, and was actively trying to work with spectrum to sort out the right day to switch to avoid fees. Not providing a pro-rate is a choice. A greedy, abusive choice by the company.

I was given a card with QR code to skip the wait line when I got there but the employee would not allow me to use it. She was rude and slow then intentionally made me wait longer when I was next in line and went into the back room and disappeared ? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They failed to mail me my final bill and sent it to collections… pretty shady stuff. I would have paid if I would have known it was due. It’s settled now.
