The Spectrum Tech Genius, Stacie, is just fantastic. She is super knowledgeable and professional. Yesterday, Stacie activated Spectrum on my iPhone and assisted me with several issues I had been having with the device. I cannot recommend Stacie or her Kailua-Kona support team enough. Thank you!

The girl I was speaking to was rude and short with me. I had gone in to get help with transferring my phone service over from Verizon to spectrum and to buy a new phone. Instead I got a customer service number and refuse to buy a phone with them. Hopefully the service itself for my phone is quality.

Fantastic service! Today I reported problem with internet and Spectrum sent out specialist named Elijah to replace router and modem within the hour! TRULY AMAZING!!!
