“I rented a small closet in the air-conditioned section of this storage facility for 3 years. Reba set up the original contract for me. Then Cerise later took over when Reba retired. Recently, she was joined by Sam. All three ladies were stellar in their service. They are kind, friendly, and highly competent. Every year I sent several packages to the facilities and they always took good care of them for me, even when there was some hiccup with the delivery. The facility was always clean, the temperature at around 75F, and always free of pest and insects. I no longer need this storage unit, but I highly recommend Power Self Storage.”

“We moved from California to Hawaii using POD. Our stuff arrived. However, I was having a very difficult time working with POD to get a pickup date. Thankfully, I had contacted Robert who I hired to help me move my belongings from the POD to storage. Robert was able to get the POD released. He and his team then did an excellent job moving things. I highly recommend them.”

“There were two employees at this location that were extremely helpful, the younger blond kid and the 40ish year old guy with long hair, totally my bad on forgetting their names. These guys went out of their way to get my ubox container when the forklift operator called in sick for the second day in a row, which was extremely upsetting because no one called me to tell me I wouldn't have access to my ubox. Thankfully these guys worked in tandem to manually move a bunch of uboxes around and find one that I could use. Honestly, above and beyond, I am extremely appreciative of their help since we're moving interisland and had coordinated EVERYTHING down to the last hour when it came to moving, shipping our truck, buying/selling our place, getting our pets on the plane, like everything. If these two guys hadn't done what they did, all of our planning and a lot of money would have been wasted on rescheduling and taking time off of work. I hope someone at corporate sees this and gives these guys a raise or bonus of some sort.”

“We have used Royal Hawaiian Movers 4 different times in the last several years. Every time they've always done a great job. We have HUGE, awkward and heavy furniture. Not that it cant happen but we have never had anything break either. They are on-time, reasonably priced for the labor (this is hard work people!) and friendly. Our most recent move was difficult with stairs and smaller than average doorways. their team leader nailed it and got everything set up before school let out. Honestly a great team of diverse people :).”
