Closed at 5:18 on a Tuesday, despite 6pm closing time listed on Google

Got here around 2:00pm because the website says it's open everyday 10:00am - 6:00pm. But was closed. Disappointed!

Amazing selection of pearls as well as a ton of other gems and jewelry-making supplies. I was able to design a piece in-store and the service was impeccable. Completely helpful with selection and decision-making. I will come back here for all of my pearl and jewelry needs.

BEWARE !!! I brought in 97 Tahitian pearls to be drilled for a necklace. The owner ruined 10% of the pearls. These were expensive pearls I purchased from an established wholesaler. I was not contacted when the pearls were completed. I went in to inquire about my order and the snotty person behind the counter tossed me a zip lock baggie with 10 cracked and ruined pearls complete with the drill bit still in. No apology. No credit. Poor workmanship and disregard for customer service. Absolutely miserable company !
