I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again —I don’t want anyone besides Chelsea (or anyone at Salon Muse) to do my hair.I went to Chelsea after an ombré / balayage gone wrong a few weeks prior. My hair had turned strawberry blonde and looked like it had highlights in it. I was devastated. Chelsea not only managed to turn it back to the dirty blonde to icy white blonde at the tips — the ombré I had originally hoped for — but she did it with such kindness and skill and reassurance.The whole salon is full of great people who really care and are exceptionally talented. 11/10 will go again. ❤️

Love Salon Muse! I've been going to Jenn for quite some time....super pleased all the way around! She's great...very responsive, reliable, listens. All the crew there are MORE than capable. Small joint with a cool vibe.

Chelsea is not only an amazing stylist but appts with her are a great experience. I can go several months between appts because it grows out so naturally. Every stylist in there is amazing at what they do, and it is a cute little place that feels like friends from the moment you sit down. Grab an amazing coffee and pastry at Tealicious just a couple steps across while you are processing. The owner Randee keeps a clean, fresh, hip space down to the decor. They offer chilled bevvies and have a killer slew of products that actually work! The whole shopping center has a boutique kina vibe which is so hawaii. The complex bathrooms are even cute and clean. Do yourself a favor and make an appt here, it is worth the wait.

This is not a high end salon noise levels are Extremely high. No Waiting Area to sit until it's time for your appointment and no purse hooks to hang your hand bags on the Restroom is acrylic the parking lot from the salon too. I Strongly suggest that you Not Have Chelsea Malley as your stylist . She always runs late, doesn't listen to clients requests and Talks constantly about pain medication that she is taking. I ended up with green ashy hair for my Birthday. Very Disappointed. Over $340.00 to have my hair ruined

My hair is very difficult to highlight, color & cut. Randee & Megan both have done my hair for the last 3 years. I have never left the shop disappointed or questioning whether or not I liked my hair color or cut. My hair is always beautiful!!!! I am thankful Randee figured out the perfect mixture for my difficult hair. Megan was also my daughter Whitney's personal hair and makeup concierge at her wedding. Megan ended up doing my daughter's hair twice because of the rain. Both hair-dew styles were knockouts. Megan also styled my hair & applied makeup for my granddaughter Charlie & I. To Perfection! Jen has done my hair once and she rocked it also! Thank you friends for your special talents and kindness! I also love your location. Very convenient!

It had been over a year since my last hair cut. My hair was long, split ends, and needed lots of attention. Most places in Kona are completely booked and hardly any are answering the phone. Salon Muse took my info and called me a couple days later to squeeze me in before the end of the day. The salon is beautiful and in a good central location on Lunapule. Megan was so sweet and gave me a beautiful haircut. I highly recommend Salon Muse and Megan! Thanks!

Randee and her stylists are the most friendly, welcoming staff a client can ask for. They work tirelessly to provide not only great hair, but an experience that feels like you're hanging out with friends. The salon is clean and full of light and I would recommend to anyone looking for that fresh cut or supreme color for their hair!
