Great old-school style gym with lots of free weights and weight machines. Very impressed by the selection. They also have an air-conditioned room with cardio equipment.

Love this place. It has everything. Including nice people and is clean. A great place to workout. I am on vacation. So it is nice to have a good place to go when I am not home.

No muss, no fuss. Simple gym with all the tools you need. 55.00 for a week pass, and I came 3 days out of 4 while vacationing on the island. Drive down from Waikoloa as the amenities here are lacking. Brought my gym equipment from home, but didn't need it. They had weight belts. Hit heavy legs 2 days and chest 1 day. Limited benches, but a few spots for deadlift and racks for squats. Went in early 5:45am and not crowded. Also went in at 8am and 4pm. The afternoon of course was busy, but still could squeeze into the weight equipment. Separate room for cardio equipment w/ A/C.

Been coming here and this place has all the equipment any true body builder would want. Friendly staff who helps with everything and even offer free stretch bands and other equipment like belts to use when you don't have your own. The owner of this place is very cool and always willing to help and fix anything that may cause for attention. I encourage others to come here and they even offer a discount with from my job that makes this one of the least expensive gyms on island for me. Outside and ac with a dance room and sauna. You can't ask for much more but if you do the owner will definite welcomes all good ideas that makes this gym even better

Hands down best gym on the bigisland of Hawaii. If your a local or a visitor this gym is a must go to. Owners are amazing and they care about the people who use there gym. They treat everyone like family. And they take care of the gym. Always adding new equipment and making sure gym is sanitized and safe.There staff are all great people as well. This gym has everything you need and more.

Was in town for a week and found this place. Staff were super friendly, price for a weeks drop in was the best I've ever seen. The equipment was well maintained and plentiful, never had to wait. Other patrons were all smiles, definitely happy to have met this community and had the opportunity to work out here. 11/10 wish this was my local gym.

I've been going to this gym location since I was 14 my dad. This place is close to home for me And I love how it still is the same layout. Staff is friendly, facility is clean and the atmosphere is great. I recently lost a family member and went back to the mainland to help. I wasn't able to freeze my account because of other things on my mind. The management gave me back all the lost time While I was helping family. They extended much grace to me. Love this place and the people. Hoaaloha.

My experience at this gym has been positive. I had Mary Kelly as a personal trainer, she was excellent. She helped me develop my mind to push my workouts a little further, when I felt like giving up. What she taught helped me implement those principles in my day to day life. I also support this gym, because when I trained with Mary about 2 years ago, she advocated the owners are good people. I am hoping they are the same owners today , because I like to support businesses owned by kind hearted people that are ethical. They provide a true service to the community
