Rather odd ordering. Website offered a $50 discount if ordered online for delivery only, then the only delivery option given was same-day DoorDash for an extra $7.50 -- except DoorDash never delivered the part (after 4 hours), so I drove to the store (0.3 mile away) and picked it up at 8 pm, but they couldn't refund the $7.50, without canceling the order and setting up an in-store order (without the $50 discount). I took the part and left the order as is. I will complain to online support when they open tomorrow (they close at 8 pm Central Time, which does me no good in Hawaii). I also had $10 and $5 coupons, which I was unable to use. The clerk was nice enough, and he got the part quickly. One less star for the wait on DoorDash, etc.

Very helpful employees, took time to answer my questions… when the line was pau, one employee came out to help me with my freon. They read the code for my check engine light and gave me a few other tips pertaining to my specific vehicle. Didn’t feel rushed… lots of other customers coming and going seemed happy with the service. Great location, too. Will definitely be back.

Waited 45 minutes for help to find out they couldn’t help. Would have been nice to know the machine needed was out for repair. Don’t say 10 minutes if we are going to wait forever
