“I would love to give a big shout out to Bailey at the Kailua Kona T-Mobile in the Kona commons plaza... Bailey was over the top friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I have been with T-Mobile for over 23 years and have never been so Satisfied with the service he provided.

“The Kona WalMart & their famous wall of SPAM .. see photo !!Since World War ll, spam has remained an island staple. It's available everywhere. Even the McDonald's inside this Walmart, SPAM & rice is a featured meal.On the brighter side, the WalMart's in Hawaii have a huge assortment of quality Hula material for those talented enough to sew & craft. They also carry an entire department of Hawaiian based tourist items at prices far below the gift-shops. The 4 star rating is due to WalMart discontinuing their complimentary shuttle bus from the cruise ship dock to the store. This is a serious setback for crew members who need to stock up on personal items & can't afford taxi cab service.This store sits high in the hills above town & has the best unobstructed view of the Kona Coast & Pacific Ocean in all of this beautiful area's landscape.”
“Great customer service! My phone died while on vacation and I needed a new one. Ariana was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were some issues with my old phone and Ariana was able to trouble shoot everything and successfully backup and transfer everything to the new phone. While I was there, they also helped other customers with the same care and attention. Highly recommended!”
“I love target, and I love Starbucks, but the target Starbucks employee was not so loved by me I got a caramel Frappuccino and a a mocha Frappuccino, but I was very mad when they asked me are you sure you want to get that and gave me attitude? I didn't think it was very nice even though I was trying to be nice it made me mad and disappointed. I think, overall I still like Starbucks, but I thought he came on a little strong and rude”
“The ladies were very friendly, the young lady that helped me wanted to make sure I knew what services I had. She was not trying to push me in for an up sale. Which I appreciate. I don't like being made to feel like I'm obligated to do so. I didn't have a long wait either. Definitely would recommend this store if you're in need of internet phone, or cable.Thanks ladies you're doing a great job.”
