It's always about details with Luxury Brands and Mercedes-Benz Servixe center in Kona is immaculately clean and returns my EQS580 in better condition than I left it. Karly is always prompt certain to call with an easy to understand explanation. Extras like EV battery charge and fluid refills make a difference in exceptional service.Yes we pay more but we receive phenomenal service maintenance and amenities. Mahalo Nui o kou ?

Karly and the staff are the BEST at the Mercedes Benz Service Center in Kona.Karly kept me up to date on the repair progress, and also helped me with a tire change at the last second just before the shop closed on a Friday afternoon!Everyone in the shop is friendly, professional, and personable.The technicians are sharp and friendly too!5-Stars to the Service Center in Kona, thank you very much for taking care of my family.

This is the most despicable Mercedes dealership I think in the whole country they switched out staff a year ago. They were great. I own a whole bunch of Mercedes and never had a problem with any dealership until this one when they switch staff things got really bad they had to do a service on my diesel after a diesel gate and it took them four tries and me driving back-and-forth four times to finally get it repaired correctly.In addition, somehow, the oil pump broke on the car and I had them replace it and I when I went in there to pick up the car I said I want to see the oil pump because after talking to four or five Mercedes dealers on the mainland who said they’ve never replace that part just the seals. They mysteriously said they don’t have the part they refused to give it to me and they said it was thrown away, which I think that’s illegal. Maybe I should call the attorney general in the state of Hawaii next stop .In addition to that when I brought it in for the diesel work, I had just put new struts on the front hood and mysteriously the struts that they return the car with were beat up all the unused and need to be replaced, and they were wanting to port, replace them for me at charge And somehow mysteriously my windshield wiper motor got unplugged. They were ready to replace it with a new motor I am not seeing despicable dealer tactics like this ever when they were owned by Fletcher Jones up until just a few weeks ago you couldn’t get them to do something but now they’re owned by this new car dealership and they’re running wild. I wouldn’t bring a bicycle to get repaired to these guys and I think they run a Honolulu in Maui the same way Get rid of your Mercedes now buy a BMW that’s what I’m doing. I’m giving them a one only because I can’t go with zero they deserve minus one.

They had the part, but wasn't cheap, so we didn't make the purchase. Was cheaper to order online. Appreciated the good phone call and the part availability, but the cost was too much.

I had my '12 Smart ForTwo worked on here. At first service is nice, but when you start to ask questions they get nasty. The worst part is I was lied to by the technician and the Service Department. Unprofessional, too expensive, and not knowledgeable or helpful. Upper management is even worse. I was bullied, talked down to and had to rally to get my concerns heard. Do not get your Smart Car serviced here.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

This place is BOGUS. Some how the top trained technicians at mercedes are unable to identify an engine problem in a simple smart car and still take you to the bank. Unprofessional, unreliable, overpriced, and worst of all untrustworthy place. Do yourself a favor, get a Tesla, Kia, or Honda, but stay away from this money pit.Services: Vehicle Inspection

One of the most miserable customer services I have ever encountered on the Island. Unable to give a diagnosis for a smart car after leaving three times. Furthermore provided us with misleading information, and no way to get back home (100 miles away). Very unprofessional in everything but their billing. Stay away!!!!
