Too pricey for old stuff. No skirt or top should be 50.00 dollars because it has a name brand on it. It's old and used no matter what it is. Some electronics don't work. No refund offer and well someone should test before putting it on the shelf. All for a good cause but not when you rip off ppl who come there because they can't afford retail. And parking is a disaster.

This is my favorite thrift store, along with the sister store, Memory Lane Too. Always some interesting items to look through, vintage, music, clothing, kitchenware, and I find prices really good, sometimes too cheap. Check the sale calendar inside the store. Have always found staff to be friendly and helpful, and I enjoy supporting Hospice of Kona. Only challenge is the small parking lot, but just return in 20 min and you'll find one.

It's a pretty small shop and the prices are high Saw a vintage sweater that was $45! The staff were friendly but there wasn't a whole lot of nice things.

rude staff. would not allow me to bring in my service animal. said I would need to carry him. how is carrying around my 50lb service did supposed to help with my disability. then went on to make fun of with other customers, saying that since I wasn't limping I must be lying about my service dog. unbelievable.

Left this place extremely upset. They refused to allow my certified Service Dog in which is illegal and then proceeded to mock me and make insensitive jokes about how I wasn't limping and other such negative comments regarding me having a service animal. Drove in from my home in Hilo and wanted to support the thrift community of Kona only to be unwelcomed and degraded.

refused to allow entrance for my service animal & then made fun of me, in my presence, with other customers for asking; stating that if i wasn't limping, there was clearly no need for a service animal anyways. went on to say that since they could hear barking (altho not from my dog) that I couldn't possibly have an actual service animal & must be lying.

Loved this place. Daily specials. Good prices on many things but the decent shoes were expensive.

I really used to love the prices here. They were fare and what you would expect of a thrift store. But now, they’re charging more, just like all the other thrift stores. Not sure why?(Expensive for second hand) and the inside feels really run down. however, I really appreciate all the hard work hospice does and all the volunteers/employees. They’re very caring and supportive. I will continue to donate my things to them because of that.

I dropped off two car loads of items. It was easy, but you need to do it on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30am to 12:30pm. Open on M/W/F 9am to 5pm. The place is full of things to buy at cheap prices.

Best thrift store in Kona. Variety fluctuates weekly and the staff is friendly and courteous.

I LOVE this thrift store. So much interesting stuff. Sadly I'm here on Big Island for work, so I don't have luggage space to buy all the stuff I want. The staff and even other customers are all full of aloha. I'm gonna make a point of coming here every time I fly into Kona.
