Edit: Angelina has reached out directly (thank you!) and confirmed a change in office and contact info. It's only fair to update a negative post to show the resolution. I appreciate her quick response and explanation. I reacted quickly before knowing what was causing the inability to reach the office.

wow! we have NEVER had a worse person do our taxes. she did it wrong, she did it late. we paid. then we find out that she went on vacation WITHOUT FILING OUR TAXES! she finally returned and filed our taxes. we are getting the smallest amount of money back EVER! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME.
