Lots of stones and art pieces. Every shelf has signs not to touch. Sorry but it's ridiculous to not let customers pick up and examine pieces, especially the witchcraft tools (wands, anthames). Owner didn't greet or check on me while I browsed even though I was the only one in the shop for a while. Aloha Crystals & Gems down the street has higher quality handpicked pieces and a much friendlier vibe and appreciation for witchy culture. I bought one bracelet here but I will probably not use it for my craft due to this poor experience.

This store has a lot to look at when you enter. There are some very high priced items of quality, some low priced items of low quality, and a lot of mid line/price items. I snagged a large labradorite ring for $88. On the mainland the same or similar ring would likely have run me around $120. Just know where to look in the store and what you want, you can probably find it.

They always have the coolest stuff in their shop. Check out these pics of my new awesome sun catcher and my roae quartz bracelet. I carry a bit of Hawaii with me every day. Plus their staff is knowledgeable, I'm a little blown away by everything thru shared with me.

I walked into the store and asked if they carry opals, the lady behind the counter said no opals rudely, then I ask if I can walk around to a case on the other side of the counter and was again told rudely no you can't. Look I know it's covid and all I'm just trying to find a ring for my wedding and get treated horribly, if thats how they treat potential customers don't buy anything from this store.

Absolutely amazing customer service and great merchandise. When my girlfriend got me a promise ring here we were able to come back without a receipt and find a better fit. We were fully accommodated with the most patience and kindness. We were even given a small paper with information on our purchase. Definitely check out this store and find awesome merchandise and hard to find great customer service!

We went there (twice😊) this afternoon, first to get an opal ring for my sweetie, then later one for me. The little lady who runs the shop was beyond sweet & delightful - we had so much fun interacting with her. In addition, the prices were significantly better/lower than we had found anywhere else. Even went back a third time to ask her advice on where to find other items we wanted to purchase. She is a true delight!!

Had a couple cute, overpriced things but the older lady was rude and snickered when I asked if they did military discount.

The Proprietor of the Kona Jewelry Factory is Very Sweet, Honest, and Her Store in the Kona Inn Shopping Center offers Good Quality Jewelry at very reasonable Prices. After visiting all of the Jewelry stores in Kailua Kona, The Kona Jewelry Factory, and the Jewelry store direct across the street are the two best, honest, good customer service jewelry stores. Don't go to any other Jewelry store, where they will sell you the same Jewelry for prices that are twice and three times as much. I rate the Kona Jewelry Factory a 7, in a scale of 1 to 5, where 5 is the best.

very great place that was stumbled into while shopping in Kona. I was looking for gifts for friends back home and we were greeted with a friendly smile and hello from the owner himself. What really grabbed our eyes were all the Ironman World Championships posters. he had them all signed but the pros that completed. He said he was a marathoner but was not crazy enough to try Ironman. I found just what I was looking for and it's great to see the local businesses as excited about triathlon as I am

Really kitschy place - lots of random things everywhere - but in the end, a hidden gemstone. My friend had been looking for a coral ring for a few days - but was only finding them for $400-$500 until we stopped into Kona Inn Jewelry. The sweetest woman helped us out - she had a southern accent which I love and came to find out she was from Virginia and had lived in Hawaii for the past 20 years. Since I'm from NC, we bonded instantly and I told her she sounded like my grandma who lives in Opelika, AL. I ended up buying some moderately priced black coral earrings - and my friend found a beautiful coral ring in her price range. They also fitted the ring for her in about ten minutes and were super sweet. All in all a great little spot that anyone who's looking for something special should check out.
