My daughters mom had an emergency where the police and ambulance showed up I got a call from my 5 year old daughter at 11pm at night in there parking lot before her and her mother dispersed on a plane the next day and when I called to ask about my daughter and her mother being there and what were the details they told me I would need to contact the police and I did trust me equally as bad so if your family is in danger or or in medical need they have nothing to say about it
So if your considering visiting and you have family beware

We spent two nights at the resort (3 people). We liked the spacious, well-equipped apartment, the large terrace and the view. The apartment was clean. Even though the mattress on the sofa bed in the living room has already seen some use. A small pool was available at the resort. There is a very nice view of the sunset from there. So at sunset, the terrace and the pool are full of people. Various trips can be ordered at the reception. Two cockroaches crawled onto our terrace in the evening, but that's probably a common thing on the islands.? The resort does not have access to the sea (it didn't bother us). The coast in this part is rather rocky and the sea was rough.
Noteworthy details: Very close to the resort, a shopping center and a supermarket, as well as restaurants, can be found within a 7-minute walk.

Absolutely love this place already planning on coming back.
It’s not beach front but the view and amenities are great. Grocery store 5 minute walk away and lots of near by beaches

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms were quite big with 2 bedrooms, big living room, good kitchen and a nice lanai. Had a washer and dryer. Good location with several beaches within very short drives. A big shopping center across the street. Nice amenities with 2 pools, hot tubs, grills, fitness centers, sand volleyball, and a playground. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Resort next to a beautiful beach which is fabulous for snorkeling, the rooms are condo style with a hall, kitchen with utensils , backyard , along with washer and dryer !, my only complaint is it can get hot sometimes as they keep the air conditioning fixed at 70 which is not enough for the bedrooms (though they have a ceiling fan) , it can get stuffy at night .The resort has complimentary guided walks and dance performance , tour package information etc which is a bonus.
Safety: Very safe location
Walkability: Easily walkable

Our room smells like urine. Housekeepers have been very responsive. They have come twice to sprinkle a deodorizing baking soda, which has helped somewhat helpful. Would have requested a room relocation but our kids are right next-door. Carpet needs to be replaced. This issue has kept me from really enjoying my vacation. I would not stay here again.
Rooms: If you have a keen sense of smell, do not book your vacation here. Smells of urine. Carpets need replacing.

Everything was great, staff were very polite, helpful and prompt. Also provided information about the local areas. The Condo was simi clean, there were roaches and ants. The amenities were great! Overall was a very, pleasant, comfortable stay.
Rooms: The rooms were spacious, but bedding did not seem freshly cleaned.
Nearby activities: Within walking distance of a small strip mall and some local restaurants. Restaurants were pricey but nice.
Walkability: There were small walking trails around the resort.
Noteworthy details: There were roaches and ants, and the cable did not work. TV was not an updated television.

If you are looking for a place that is very comfortable,clean, and quiet, this is your place. The room that we got is very large and has everything a small family would need.
Awesome market right up the road if you want to save money by cooking at home.

Wonderful stay. Close to beach, and tourist spots. Also easy access to highway to check out other locations on the island. Bed was so comfortable. Clean and roomy. Will stay at again

We had an amazing experience, love the resort, its proximity to shopping, beaches is perfect. And the condo we stayed was very spacious , big master bedroom, good size open kitchen, and 2 full bath. The activity/ social area has a breathtaking view of the ocean. Very friendly staff. Would definitely come back again

This is a condo with a golf course suitable for a family of 4 (2 couples). We reserved a large room with 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed), and the living room, veranda, and kitchen are spacious and convenient. I did. Of course, parking is free. This resort is highly recommended if you are using a rental car in Kona. KTA Super Stores and Keauhou Farmer's Market are located right in front of Kona Coast Resort, making shopping convenient. The day I left... I'm really sorry that I forgot to leave a hotel tip after my stay.
