They haven't been responsive to our email orders. We emailed them three times about our final orders after reviewing their quote, but they barely replied. Even after calling them, we still haven't received a response to our emails. It's confusing to communicate with them, and they seem to lack attention to detail.

Kona Business Center is fantastic!! Local, professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. I was headed out of the country and needed some promotional materials ASAP. Kendra and team not only expeditiously produced my materials but their expert sales team suggested the addition of QRC stickers to guide my target market directly to my client's website. You just can't get the level of detail and quality service from a big box printer like you get with Kona Business Center! Highly recommended!

Terrible terrible service .... these folks not once but TWICE refused packages sent to me although I had told them EXPLICITLY that the packages were being sent to them. And they charge $15/ package for pickup although they don't say that on their web site. Created big problems for me....

Fantastic place! I arrived late from a flight and was scrambling to get a poster printed. This was the only place that would print it that day, and even offered to deliver to my hotel. Mike and Kendra were awesome! This place has a great Aloha!

Awesome folks there. They went out of their way to help improve a missing person flyer I made. The Aloha Spirit is definitely in this shop. And the prices are totally reasonable. After comparison shopping, you will end up here.

This place has been helpful to me.. I appreciate that in an island you not always find people that are helpful or any level of customer service as they get attitude of having a captive audience, but this place still takes care of my stuff like it matters.......
