Hours posted says open, lights on but the doors were locked all day, tried numerous times for 2 weeks. Not happy at all. Then tried 1 more time before leaving the island and it says they close at 530pm. The doors were we're locked before 430pm and lights off.

Beautiful shop. Clean and very friendly staff. Western clothing, ropes, boots, earrings....They got everything you need to look good on your trail ride or next rodeo.

Great selection for babies and more petite women/girls (of course) I wish they offered more curvy sizes and maybe more affordable brands. Overall a clean and beautiful store.

I saw a pair of cute earrings in the shop and they were the perfect size. When asked if the earring were for sensitive skin, I didn't get a yes or no answer. I bought the earrings anyways and they were not for sensitive skin. Wish there was a solution to this. But I wouldn't go back there again.

The people there are extremely rude. Not only were they not open at the time they were posted they opened 25 minutes late and then told me that I couldn't come in because they had to open the store. This is the last place I would buy something in town and give my money to. The worst customer experience I've had in town and I've lived here for a long time. Don't bother with the self-absorbed owner

This place has my heart.All the clothing is EXACTLY what I wear !LOVE IT !Wish they had longer pieces tho - for us taller girls. And size small. It’s the third time I’ve come here and had to buy a piece that was a Medium to try to shrink it in the way.Regardless, I love it here.Ladies, don’t go anywhere else.Come here.It’s amazing.xoYour favorite Massage TherapistBut PLEASE Pretty please have smalls and pieces for taller women !

KaiElla Boutique is one of my favorite boutiques in Kona. I had the opportunity to model for KaiElla's Lanihau Fourth Friday Fashion Show in August last year and it was such a fun event! The women at the shop were polite and helped the models find clothing they felt comfortable wearing. Since then, I still shop at KaiElla and find lots of cute clothes and accessories to wear. They are located at a convenient location and is a beautiful little shop in the heart of Kona. For any Christians in Kona, it's a great place to shop for Jesus clothes!

Such a cute little boutique with really great staff. The gal working was extremely helpful and gave lots of great recommendations on restaurants and things to do in the area. They have a lot of really awesome brands, specifically eco-friendly and charitable brands which I love to support. I highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area to check it out.
