Steve and Eli are great coaches. They are patient for beginners and provide great leads. The location is also beginner friendly. Water is clear, you can see some yellow fish when paddling.
Kahalu'u Bay Surf and Sea is a surf and beach rental shop that offers top-of-the-line surfboards, paddleboards, snorkeling gear, and more. It is located directly across the street from Kahalu'u Bay and is the best place to learn to surf, stand-up paddle and snorkel.
