I can't complain about the quality of the care for my dog (the most important issue), but I agree with another reviewer who criticized the billing practices. I felt that they jacked up the bill at every turn, resulting in about twice as much as I had budgeted. Like so many doctor's offices, the medical personnel seem to be in a different world than the office personnel with the boss hiding in the closet. I paid the bill and never went back. I changed veterinarians because it was clear that raising the tab was the most important concern here.

Dr. Head is one of the best vets I've ever worked with. He really cares, and will take the time to explain his reasoning. The prices her are also extremely reasonable.

Impeccable care and experienced staff. Dr. Head is a caring, compassionate and resourceful veterinarian with specialist surgery skills at a non specialist price. With 24 hour emergency services for his clients this facility is the complete veterinary package.

Thats being nice. He "supposedly" did a blood test on my 14 yr old dog. He said she's good just getting "old".. DUH!!!!!

Always great with your beloved animals and doctor and staff super efficient and loving explains everything so all can understand too. Follow up is great. Always there for daily care or emergency treatment..has food and other associated needs for all pets. Saved our dogs life quite a few times. Will always take my pets here.

They help me bring my dog love it in to Hawaii and when she had to go on to another world they helped to ease her pain and leave this earth and now he and I go back and see dr. Head and he takes good care of RI
