We vacationed here in June. We bought my husbands wedding ring on the strip, and the woman was super helpful. We got home and the ring was too big (we were warned). I called more than willing to pay for the resizing and engraving. They did it for free! Cannot recommend enough the ring is beautiful and so special. Thank you so much!

Our rings our gorgeous!!! We were able to either order custom rings or buy immediately and leave titanium with koa wood ones and we picked the ready to purchase ones. They are so comfortable and are holding up beautifully. We were sized perfectly as well. Oh! And it was romantic since we were instructed on the words to say and to put them on each other's finger...much sweeter than when I was asked to be married 28 years ago. . Thank you.

I lost my ring purchased in 2014. They had my ring model and size on record, and replaced it for the original cost plus big discount. They had me send in my wife's ring as well and they inlayed new wood and cleaned the titanium. Great service and communication!

Camie was fantastic helping my mom and I pick out wedding bands for our significant others! These are high quality rings and not like other Koa wood rings you see in other shops (for a lot cheaper). Titanium with Koa wood inlay was exactly what my future husband wanted and I felt great about buying in person and going through a reputable jeweler who hand makes each ring locally. Great selection, service and location of the shop- Highly recommend!

Absolutely love my recent acquisition of a Wonderful designed ring. I choose Mango Wood and Blue Sleeping Beauty Turquoise. I could not be more pleased after receiving my custom created ring. It is truly magnificent work of art. Highly recommend this family owned jeweler.

Outstanding quality and service. I purchased a ring here in 2007. After 14 years of wear it had dulled and was showing its age. I dropped it off while we were on vacation this past summer to be refinished. They did an amazing job. It looks like it did the day I bought it. If you're looking for an original ring this is the only place to go.

Racist! I went into the downtown Kona shop with my husband on 7/25 looking to browse and perhaps find some jewelry. Upon entering the store, we overheard the white female sales person explaining racist views on locals to a tourist. She stated that they displayed many "rural" behaviors such as uncleanliness and spitting. We were disgusted by this and quickly left the shop. I find it outrageous that a company benefiting from Hawaiian culture would be so blatantly racist. In addition to this, this woman was teaching visitors to the islands to be racist. Their website states "Tied to the culture of the Hawaiian Islands we stand behind our statement of "Made in Hawaii" by believing in Aloha (love) and Ohana (family)." We certainly did not feel Aloha in this store.

Me and my husband bought our wedding bands here in 2004. My husband got a koa in lay and I got a plain titanium band. They are both in beautiful shape fourteen years later. The owner was very kind and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to anyone!
