I never write reviews, but wanted to warn others. Gary, the salesman there, is rude and dishonest, as other reviewers have stated. I won't go into the boring details, but would recommend steering clear of this store. There are much better choices in the area and I would never shop there again.

If I could give zero stars I would!!
8 months ago we bought a couch from Grays. At that time we had a pleasant experience, we felt like we got a fair price for our used sofa bed and love seat. We assumed ( yes, I know! ? ) that Grays had recovered the set for resale. It turns out they did not, as least Gary said they didn’t.
We have a vacation rental and upon our return to our home found the sofa cushions had been damaged.
Upon further investigation we discovered the couch itself had metal pieces sticking up higher than the frame on both sides and with constant bodies on the cushions they ripped.
We took them into Grays to see if they could repair or recover the damaged cushions.
We had left our original receipt back in Canada ( one of the downfalls of running a business in two countries ) so it was just our word. But because we’d spent several hours talking with Gary when we purchased the set we figured that’d be good enough.
Right away Gary didn’t even believe we bought the set from him. ( He sold it to us )
A very long story short and several back and forths, they didn’t have the fabric to match so we had to compromise on something different. Which was our decision because they weren’t giving us any ideas, I still think he didn’t believe that we purchased the set there.
There were several prices one day and different prices the next. Gary would say one thing one day and something completely different the next. It appears Gary can’t remember one day to the next.
We finally got our cushions done, I will say the price was fair but he refused give us a receipt for payment because we paid cash.
I will not EVER be returning to this store and will actually be telling NOT to go there.
I am a very gracious person but I cannot tolerate people who do not treat customers with respect. After our experience I am thinking Gary needs to retire if he’s gonna do business in such a dysfunctional manner.

BEWARE - Very DISHONEST salesmen. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a furniture purchase. We dropped by looking for a bedroom dresser on Thursday and saw one that was close to what we needed. We were given a price of $350 which was discounted from the $400 price on the tag. It wasn't a perfect match so we told the salesman we would think about it and look at a couple different local stores. We said we would let him know the next day. We looked around and did find another dresser but held off purchasing until we took another look at the one at Grays. We went back to Grays and took a more detailed look at their dresser and determine that it would work. We were working with the same salesman as the previous day. I inquired again to verify the price given to me the previous day and the same salesman told me the price was now $400. I told him that less than 20 hours again when we talked about the dresser, the price was $350. His response was "yes, but that was yesterday!" Very dishonest! We said thanks for helping us make the decision and we walked out of the store and purchased the dresser from Bamboo and Teak. Which was brand new, a much nicer piece of furniture, and cheaper. Stay clear of Grays and pass the word on about this dishonest practice.

Too expensive for used furniture ... so e cute stuff but new would be cheaper ... don't waste your time

They have beautiful and unusual furnitue and art. collector peices as well as being able to redo all you furnishings.... My bentwood cane rocker needed redoing and it is superb.

Let me start by saying that I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. If we could give this place zero stars we absolutely would...I just gave birth two weeks ago, and my parents are visiting. They have been on the hunt for a rocking chair for me and my newborn. My dad dropped by Gray's a few days ago and was quoted $250 for a used glider rocker and footstool. A little steep for a used chair, but my parents were willing to purchase on my behalf. Both parents returned today to give it another look and possibly purchase - upon closer inspection the rocker was stained, dirty, and coming apart at the seams. In my mom's words "JUNK." There was a different salesman that quoted them a whopping $495!!!! This same salesman claimed that the rocker just arrived yesterday and was made in Canada. How could the rocker arrive yesterday if my dad already looked at it a few days ago?? My mom also checked the tags and it very clearly was made in China. Why would you lie about something that could be so easily fact checked? We could buy a brand new rocker at Target for $360..*BUYER BEWARE* Expensive prices, junky furniture, and dishonest salesmen. Shop here if you want, but you could be majorly ripped off.

We bought a $2,000.00 sleeper sofa for our VRBO online from Gray's and trusted the description and pictures. After purchase we discovered he doesn't deliver, so another cost! When we arrived at the house we discovered the canvas that supports the mattress was missing hooks, so that it sagged. Also the cushions were too small for the upholstery covers, so they slide around. Apparently this was a used sleeper sofa frame (missing parts) with second hand cushions and covers that didn't even match. After several calls to the store, no attempt was made to rectify any of this. They wouldn't even replace the missing hooks, which I bought on Amazon for $6! They are very nice and helpful until you have a problem. And do not purchase or trust any information they give unless you check and double check the item for yourself, very carefully. I would NOT recommend this store. Buyer beware!!!

We visited Gray's furniture this week, and we’re so pleased with the relaxed and yet professional service that we received from Gary. The quality of product in the store is exemplary. Delivery happened within one day and as no surprise was very professional and extremely pleasant. We certainly recommend this store to anyone shopping for high end quality furniture..

Top quality brands of furniture. I had a chair reupholstered with help from the Expert designer they have. Wish I could afford the incredible artwork from a famous local artist. Great place to wander around while your car is getting repaired.
