“Great experience. My wife and I were met immediately by a salesman name Joe Toledo. He asked us if we sere looking for something particular and we told him dressers. He pointed to us in the right direction and we browsed around the store. He didn’t follow us around which I like, so no pressure. Store was clean and merchandise was very attractive. He found us several minutes later and showed another area where we found the dresser and a comfortable living room chair we purchased. We took the chair home with us. Joe helped me load it in my truck with protection around it. Great Job Joe!!!! I would recommend your store to anyone.”

“We were looking all over the island for a patio umbrella….difficult because for some reason it’s a seasonal item I. Hawaii!! Go figure …so we find an umbrella at island time furniture in Kona…by the Kona Costco…by it and set it up only to find it doesn’t protect from the sun or rain….i called the showroom/shop and was pleased to hear we would be giving the option of another umbrella free of charge…they didn’t even ask for a return of the other item…sweet customer service …I give them a serious 5 star review ….check out they are having a huge sale…lots of great patio furniture dealsMahalo nui loa Ed and Isamar!! “The previous reviews are quite old so let me bring them up-to-date. This gem of a store is fantastic for high quality wood furniture at a reasonable price. We bought all new outdoor furniture here made of solid wood. They have a large sister store in Hilo for broader selection - but this is the best value/selection in industrial Kona on this side of island. The delightful store manager (Donna) took care of us and everything was easy. Highly recommend.”
“In the summer of 2022 we purchased a condo in Kailua Kona, and needed to furnish it. I wanted furniture with a traditional Hawaiian look and feel, and after searching several stores with new and used furniture, I happened upon Gray’s Furniture. The used furniture was primarily Hawaiian in style and had been beautifully cleaned, reupholstered, polished and/or repaired. What a selection! I was astounded at the quality and beauty of their furniture. I negotiated a good deal for several pieces, paid cash, and they provided free delivery. I bought living room and dining room furniture, as well as a chest of drawers for one of the bedrooms. To be sure, it was not cheap in either cost or quality, but a good investment compared to other furniture store options/prices. Needless to say, nearly three years later, the pieces are still beautiful, and look and work great. Gary provided excellent customer service, and I would not hesitate to recommend Gray’s.”
