Good collection of equipment to hit all muscle groups. Plenty of parking in their own lot. Lighting could be better. Wish there was some natural light given the fluorescent lighting isn't great. Temperature inside is also a bit warm to workout in, but if you like to sweat a lot... Multiple equipment pads are cracked and worn out. This doesn't happen overnight, they just don't bother fixing, which tells you about owner's attitude towards their gym. Waikoloa Village branch is far better if you're in that area. Better lighting, newer equipment, cleaner, etc.

Waikoloa fitness is the newest facilities in the island of Hawaii … I do like it … close to home… hoping that soon have a indoor basketball gym like 24 hour fitness that’s the only missing to do more cardio for young adults and definitely adults that can able to shoot around!!! Cause waikoloa it so windy place to live… thank you for your business:)

Five star because everybody are friendly. Also the first time i came they kindly introduced me to everything and showed me how equipment works. The staff are really good people. If you want to trained yourself come to forever fitness. Yessah??..

Great gym-had all the equipment I needed including deadlifting platforms. Tristan and Malek were very welcoming and accomodating. Great they had 1 week pass available for visitors. Will certainly go back when I return to Kona:) Thank you gentlemen. RP

That's an edit for my previous review. Upon posting my review I was contacted by the gym manager Staci, she was very professional and very good communicator. I saw a lot of major changes In the cleanse of the gym. It was also my bad in my part comparing it to Pahoa gym as it's newer with nicer facilities like ( sauna, steam room and private bathrooms) hopefully this gym renewal in 2024 will be like the one in Pahoa, and if so I will be renewing my membership here. Thanks.

Defiantly would NOT recommend this gym. The staff there is terrible, I'm guessing because the manager there is a Dragon Lady. I had a 3 month membership for 150$ a month and everyday I walked in to workout. The tall blond manager lady made me feel very uncomfortable and very unwelcome the entire time I was there. This lady would watch me from the moment I stepped in there to workout till the moment I'd leave. I wish I was joking.. I was willing to pay the 150$ a month to get my new diagnosis under control. The manager told me my workouts weren't long enough for how long my showers were. She asked me if I was homeless, where I'm from and why I am here. I was made to feel like I didn't belong because I am not the body builder type. I don't have it in me to disrespect a lady who is almost 60 years of age, nor the energy. So I just left and took my 150$ monthly to Pacific Island Fitness which is a much better gym and a much better price, 90$ monthly. Kind people, friendly environment and there steam room actually works.. Fitness forever has a sauna which is half the reason I applied to this gym. It's tiny..and takes about 40 minutes to heat up to a warm level because there is a hole in it. Save your time and money, Trust me. Had I known I could have been saving half my money and treated with respect, I wouldn't have wasted my money here.

We dropped in for a workout during a recent trip to the Big Island. This gym is exactly what we wanted! Quick check-in, bright, clean and very well organized. They have everything you need to get in a great workout. You can tell the patrons and the owners really love their gym! We'll be back.

My boyfriend and I visited big island and needed a gym for a week. This gym is amazing! Clean, quiet, wonderful employees. Everyone was so nice. It wasn't expensive for a week pass. The machines are well kept. Great rogue equipment too. We can't wait to come back just for the opportunity to come back to this gym!
