I just went to Hawail Kona location it said open online and it's closed o (I was looking forward to buying
something and we leave the island today so now I prob won't get my shirt to add to my collection of the color changing shirts. So wish it had said it would be closed online as every day we were busy besides today. I went there a few minutes late a few days ago and someone was inside and lights on. Wish you could buy the shirts online.

If you are coming off the cruise ship this store is right on the pier. If you are just visiting Kona then head to the pier and you’ll find this nice little shop. The shirts they have change color in the sun which makes for a great souvenir or present. Happy shopping!

Very nice and pleasant place to shop. The employees or maybe the owner we talked to was very nice and accommodating. My nephew bought us some tshirts in Maui to surprise us but when we tried it on, they were all small. We didn't have time to return it since we are on a cruise so we decided to stop by the Kona branch to exchange the sizes. At first, we were told that they cannot exchange it because it has Maui printed on the shirts and it has different owners. Everything was explained very well that i don't have any reason to get upset. We finally decided to buy new shirts with the right sizes since we cannot exchange it in that store. While looking for the tshirts with our sizes, I was approached by the owner again and told me that she will take care of the exchange to help us get what we want. That I can say is an excellent customer service. She even told my wife to try it on to be sure it fits her. I know that this store will have more customers for the excellent service. I also noticed that all the employees and cashiers were very friendly and always smiling with all the questions customers asked.
