Really needed to get some prescriptions refilled when my medicine disappeared from the airplane (bag was taken)It could’ve been a disaster, but the staff here was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Saved our vacation. We are so obliged for everything you guys did for us. Thank you so much. The staff really went out of their way to help us quickly and efficiently. They were very personable and friendly. They were busy, but still got us taken care of at lightning speed.

Been on hold on the phone for the past 30 minutes. When it finally got picked up, someone rudely said "HELLO?" Mind you I'm sick, and they didn't give a chance for me to respond and they just hung up. Now again waiting on hold. Just because I'm on the phone does not mean you should treat me any different. Horrible customer service.

My provider submitted prescriptions via phone to this location. I waited several hours but nothing ever showed up on my cvs profile. The prescription handler for my provider confirmed with the pharmacist that the prescription was relayed directly to the pharmacist. Rather than cordially telling me this, the pharmacist blamed me for them being slammed and told me that calling them to check on prescriptions was slowing them down. CVS has a digital service to see prescription status. They have a phone service for the same purpose. Doesn't work if the prescriptions have not been put into the system.I get it, you're busy. You don't get to be a jerk to me because your location cannot properly staff.

I’m diabetic and my glucometer sensors ran out I requested them and they said they would have them ready I show up to pick up and they tell me they don’t have them in stock. Two days later still waiting and I’ve been on the phone on hold for 20 minutes! Top of that the guy in the pharmacy was rude!

I was in from out of town and my Dr called in my script to the wrong location. I was extremely time crunched, in pain and trying to catch a plane. I paid $150 for a driver to get me to this pharmacy before my plane left.This pharmacy went above and beyond and got my script out in record time even though it was not their error to fix.I was in such a rush to catch my flight I didn’t even thank them properly. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Don't bother making an appt for your vaccine. They mix walk-ins in with those who have appointments delaying your vaccination time significantly. Currently been standing in line for 45min past my appt. Very disrespect to people's time.
