We had time before a movie and walked over to Longs for a cold beverage. The cooler was well stocked, we each found something we wanted, the prices were reasonable, and the checkout staff was friendly and helpful.

I think many times a business will only receive a positive review if they have gotten what they wanted!
Even though Longs has been unable to remedy the mess created by a mail-order pharmacy, they have contiued to do everything possible, and then some, to get me the prescription I need to avoid a stroke ! They are STILL working with the Doctor, Insurance Company , and other Pharmacy to help me. They have spent precious time to help ME, just a perspective customer !. I heard a customer service director of a large company say, "the only thing better than not making a mistake that affects a customer, is making one and fixing it quickly to there satisfaction!".

After getting great and super fast care from Urgent Care Kona. They sent prescription ahead to Longs for me. Longs expedited the prescription for me and I was out in 15minutes. Pharmacy staff were very friendly and helpful. Had a medical issue while on vacation in Hawaii and within 1 hour had gotten treatment from walkin and had meds in hand from Longs. Can't really ask for much better than that

Twice now this pharmacy has been out of a common prescribed antibiotic for children. Not only are they out of this med, they are rude and refused to help us to figure out if one of the other cvs pharmacies on island has it. My child is sick in bed crying with an ear infection all night after they refused to help us. So sorry to bother you 10 minutes before closing time longs for a sick child who needs antibiotics. This pharmacy staff is heartless.

I have had several problems with this pharmacy over the years and I have just had it with their lies and handling of my needs. This last time my doctor phoned in a prescription on a Thursday. I called on Monday to sees if it was ready. I was told that they had not filled it because it was too expensive. I have been filling this prescription there since January and have told them I have a coupon from the company which they have a copy of and I want it filled. They tried to give me the new generic but my coupon was for the brand name only. I asked to have them order it which they finally did on Wednesday. On Friday I called and they told me my prescription was not good anymore and I must get another one. The month before they also tried to give me the generic but my coupon did not cover it and the generic was too expensive for me, so they said that another Longs had it downtown and I should get it there. I have no car and was unable to go there. I am in poor health and have heart failure so this upset creates chest pains and I am at a loss at what to do about this.

Probably the nicest staff in a shop I’ve come across! Been there a few times and they’ve been consistently so very nice and helpful! Only been in contact with staff on floor/register.Fine prices too.

It's my first time at longs Keauhou and last you have no customer service one she's said you don't have your medicine the second one yes you have your medicine you have to wait 4 hours after I come over 4 the 3 one you have to wait 20 minutes after 20 minutes you need to wait for the safe 20 minutes this is Joc I have to go with no medicine from 2 pm to 7 pm
