This store never has enough workers and no one answers the phone. Most of them never smile. Poor customer interaction.

In the last 4 days I have been on hold trying to resolve a prescription problem for over 2 hours each call and there have been several!! Now we need to drive an hour ( in both directions )to stand at the counter to see if they have the medication.... I know they are short staffed. Longs you need to pay people more, create incentives, DO SOMETHING or close your doors.

Horrible customer service. I called for two days to ask them to transfer a RX I desperately needed from Texas on Monday 8.14. I left my phone number and called my home pharmacy to give them a heads up I needed it. I called back on Tuesday as well as stoped in to speak to the pharmacy directly. The urgency of the matter does not equal the customer service needed to fulfill my request.It is now Thursday and the pharmacist has not called as of today. The rude pharmacy tech who wrote my number on the post it on Tuesday said “they are short handed”. That sounds like a them problem and not a me problem. I understand now why they don’t have good reviews on Google. Do not go here especially if you need your medication anytime soon. Rude rude rude.

The line is always long because only one person is working the line. No matter what time of the day or week, this line is always long. I dread getting my prescription here. If can, tell your doc to send your meds somewhere else.

Used to be great - but the key employees are GONE and this place is a MESS. The poor girls there have zero idea what to do. After waiting in line for over an hour, they mis-billied my Rx's and then told me I was with a different insurance company and wouldn't release my meds. I had to get the insurance company on the line and speak with them to sort it out. I was beyond nice and patient - I felt sorry for them - but the gal disappeared, had a breakdown and someone else had to fill her place. They literally threw the bags at me and said "here" ... not very professional. Will NEVER go back. I have been a customer for over 12 years there. Very sad.

This pharmacy used to be pretty decent. Now the service is terrible. I got a text saying my son’s prescription is on order. I still waited in a 25 minute line for the pharmacy tech to tell me. “I don’t have anything.” I explained it to him, he said “Exactly it’s on order.” With a huge attitude. Only remotely helpful thing he said was to call another Longs. I called Lanihau & they do have it, but needed Target to cancel first. I called Target to make sure they canceled. The woman who picked up was also rude. Saying “We spoke with them already, they have it” then literally hung up while I was talking. Fill your prescriptions at Lanihau or Keauhou Longs

I had a doctor call into the pharmacy for my prescription.Went to pick up the guy in the front was being a A**hole.I had to physically pull my phone out to show over text prescription was sent directly to here, he declined me saying nothing was here.Didn't bother to check with his other colleague..Showed him a second time with a picture of proof it was done.Then they found it ??Wouldn't recommend to send any prescription to here.Very bad first experience.

I'm not sure yet who Andrew is in the pharmacy dept officially, He is absolutely WONDERFUL! The list would go on forever all the aloha that came from him.. truly cared anyone would be able to feel it! I did over the phone from the mainland. I was having such an issue with Walgreens & I called Longs within minutes on a Sunday no less Andrew had my scripts in the works, calling Dr & transferring. Mahalo for lokomaika`i Aloha Kim

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews of this place. They're always quick and efficient, I can get in and out without a wait, and they've been really helpful whenever I've had questions.

One employee at self checkout actually did good. After a local japanese wahine grabbed a tote on sale rudely out of my hand, employee got totes for me. Rude wahine hogged all from shelf. Haole cashier at register near door entrance actually condoned this rudeness...No Class cashier by door!!

Pharmacists treat you like a criminal while trying to fill a script. Used them for a few years but they were requiring multiple forms of ID and making it really difficult. Won’t not recommend.

Nothing but great things to say about Nicole and her staff at the Target/Long CVS location. Always pleasant and willing to assist with whatever my needs or questions are.This team is the reason I don't switch to another Longs location--plus so convenient while shopping in Target
