“craftsman did a good job restoring my car, damaged by a truck that backed into the driver side front. the paint is nicely matched (you have to look very closely to notice a difference in non repaired and repaired) and they completed the work within the week promised. this is the second car estimated by kraftsman and the first repaired. they are my first choice in body shop. estimator don is superb and the company is quite professional. 5 stars out of 5 from me.”

“Came in to I.P.O. a few weeks after putting new terrain tires on my 2021 4Runner, to get a 2" lift kit. After their installation, I noticed what seemed to be a new, very slight vibration in my frame and steering wheel. Thought it was from the lift kit they installed (turns out it wasn't). Jeff offered to check it out, and he did. A couple hours after dropping it off, it was ready to pick up. So, what was I problem, I asked. The front tires were out of balance, he discovered, and he rebalanced them all FOR FREE! Without my even asking! And wouldn't even accept cash on the counter. These guys are real professionals, when they step "outside of the box" to troubleshoot and get things fixed. I'll be back there anytime I have a 4WD or suspension issue!! Total trust.”
