We were just wandering around and browsing the local shopping center during my trip to Mauna Lani last week and stopped in here to check it out. At several of the other shops we visited, we noticed that the locals and employees were cold and almost annoyed at the presence of tourists but our experience here was quite the contrary. Angie was wonderful! She didn't hesitate to let us try on several pairs of shoes and help each of the two of us find the best fit. We bought one pair while we were there this first time but the shop was out of the color I wanted in my size but Angie assured us that they were receiving a shipment the following day and kindly encouraged us to return. Needless to say, we did return and purchase the second pair, largely because of the excellent customer service! A big "thank you" to Angie for taking the time to be so helpful.

If you're in search of OOFOS, this is the place - largest selection I've seen anywhere. Bought two pairs and some bling to make it cute! We were helped by Angie and the owner, Tani. They were both so nice and extremely helpful. In speaking to Tani, we found out this location is fairly new. The store was previously in Kailua-Kona. If you're kama'āina, let them know

The sales person was so super friendly and helpful. I was able to return an item with no problem and it really made my day! They have a great selection of Oofos shoes.

Everything was good except this rude lifeguard. We took pictures at the back with a small sign saying closed which we did not notice. This lady shouted to us. My wife apologized for not seeing the sign, but she could not stop, saying we were not welcome, should go back to where we belong. She even cursed us using Hawaii language and English. Tourism is the number one industrial of this beautiful state. Receiving such a cold reception was not on our travel plan. Do not want to generalizing, but this lady should not be in hospitality business, she was full of hatred to people outside of her world.

Very convenient, right in the King Kamehameha Marriott, next to the Kailua Pier. They have super cute beach and resort wear. Lots of cute hats, cover-ups, rashguards. Designs and styles that you won't find elsewhere. I purchased an Anuschka wallet for my daughter's birthday. The sales clerk (or maybe one of the owners?) and I had a lovely chat about the importance of carrying products that are produced by socially conscious people and companies. I make a modest wage where I work, but I prefer to pay a fair price for a high quality, beautiful item, when I know the worker who made is getting paid enough to support herself -- rather than buy an item that can have a cheap price because the worker gets paid a fish head and bowl of rice at the end of the day. When I want something extra-special, I walk down to Beaches and check them out.

Thus shop has such a variety of suits and other water/resort wear. I always find what I’m looking for, whether it’s a bikini, rash guard or dress - and they have a great clearance rack too! The staff is helpful and really shows the aloha spirit, taking time to talk to the customers and help them find that special item. I’ll continue to shop here each visit yo Kona!

Don't buy the OOFOS Sandels here ! They will lie and say life time warranty. They said last year if your sandles break or fade. They said take pictures send to Company or bring back to store where you bought from. That they would replace it for free. We did just that and they wouldn't take back the one We had bought there. It faded and so we wanted to exchange it ! They said We couldn't ! They said for us to buy another pair !! So don't buy your sandles there !! Big RIP Off !!!

Aloha I have never been in the store before got to browse around service was awesome they have all sizes in bathing suit's for all women. ! To top it off they sell. Oofos ~ . Orthopedic foot wear recovery shoes
