WOW!!! I would give a hundred stars for Ian, Denny(owners).and Rob(trainee) Anyone looking for an honest car repair shop-LOOK NO MORE come here. I am a senior woman and was bamboozled by the dealership about the brakes on my car and was really frightened I was driving an unsafe vehicle but their estimated repair was crazy. My first conversation with Denny and meeting Ian- I knew I was in good hands-they really DO care -they are knowledgeable, professional and most of all KIND. Truly ALOHA and my car is like new!!! susan

Superb Service & Care at 3Bs!No prior relationship with this repair shop but a friend had recommended them for my 14 yo Ford. A couple days ago my car was stranded at Keauhou Shopping Center (I live 25 miles south). Called 3Bs the next morning. Unsurprising to leave a message but was called back 15 minutes later. I explained my situation to busy but patient Denny. Asked if she would accept my vehicle and how I would get it to the shop. She recommended Theo’s Towing (excellent, wrote a review) and gave me an honest timeline of when a mechanic would be able to diagnose the problem. I accepted it could be a couple weeks but amazingly received a call 28 hours late. Spoke first with Denny then for a few minutes with the mechanic (surgeon :-) who worked on my car. Never in my life have I had that helpful interaction. So very helpful! The problem was not as bad as I imagined and the cost to trouble-shoot and resolve was completely acceptable.I would happily go on, but 3Bs offers rare qualities of professionalism with kindness. They're awesome. I went to several other mechanics in the area that were unsuccessful at solving an issue with my wheel bearings. 3B's got it first try in 30 minutes for less than half of what I was charged prior. I love these guys. I love this shop.
