Femar & Riah were my proposal angels. I was stressing about what engagement ring to buy for my now fiancé and they quickly stepped up and helped me out tremendously ! I showed them a picture of her and they instantly knew what rings to pull out. They understood the entire assignment and passed with flying colors. All in under 30min too! Fiancé was getting her nails done down the hall)
My fiancé not only said yes but is OBSESSED with he ring. I had such a fun time with them picking out the ring. I thought it would be a boring/stressful experience because I knew nothing about jewelry but now I formed a core memory with them and will always tell people the story about how I picked out the engagement ring at zales in Hawaii with them. Such amazing professional outgoing talented knowledgeable women. Love you guys !

Awesome ?? amazing experience! I had my mom’s 2 wedding rings resized and from the beginning to end my experience was very professional and the process was so neat! Pictures were taken of the two rings from all aspects to ensure the quality of the ring, cut, everything, that way too, it was so I could have peace of mind when it returned, that it was my actual rings that were being returned.
We also had my mom’s jewelry which were burnt in the Lahaina fires, restored and they looked ? amazing!!! Shiny and so beautiful!!! Some couldn’t be restored as perfect as it was previously, however, it still was more beautiful than what the fires did to it. Zales is a very professional place for all your jewelry needs! I was super happy with all of their services!!!!! Five star ⭐️!!!

Out of all of the jewelry stores on Maui, Zales is the best. Their customer service is great, so easy to work with I got life time warranty and it was so easy to send it to get resized, and when there was a issue because of a chip it was very easy to send it off to get fixed. Thank you Zales!!

I went into the store looking for an engagement ring/wedding band for my partner and was greeted kindly by the two ladies working out front. One of them came over to help me look at rings. I shared with them a little of my relationship story and our move to Maui -the next thing I know I have all 4 of the ladies out listening and trading stories! They were all so sweet. kind, fun, and professional. Of course I walked out with a beautiful ring, that my fiancee loves! We will definitely be back. Thanks again, ladies!
