I absolutely love this place. Every time that I have called for the past 2 years (and I've called a lot) everyone I have spoken to has been kind and efficient. The teachers are amazing, the classes are amazing, and they all want you to succeed.

Fun place to find good priced souvenirs!! It also nice to see all the handcrafted work. I bought tons of beautifully made jewelry!

Not my vibe, although the vendors are friendly. When I've taken visitors, they all stop by the banana bread stand to get some goodies. They are super tasty, with the secret being a big dose of butter and sugar. Most folks I know prefer food omiyage so this place is less up their alley as most vendors sell other things. It's good if you're not wanting to fly home with foods! Some vendors are born and raised on the island so it's a good spot to support local. Entry is affordable at $0.50, with no parking fee. If I lump together this swap meet with the farmer's markets on Maui to run a comparison, this is my least favorite spot. It might be the cement and lower elevation, but it's far too hot for my liking. There are winds during some weeks, but it's a killer when there is none. I'm sure the temperature is more bearable in the cooler months. I've found prices to be higher than the Honolulu Stadium swap meet. I'd swap out the Maui swap meet and suggest that people meet elsewhere for more food gift variety.

$.50 to enter. Free parking. That was nice. They have a lot of handmade jewelry. I really wanted clothes but they didn't have a lot of choices.

So I'm from the Caribbean which makes my rating a bit bias. I was born amongst tropical fruits, rainforest, positive vibes, and great weather yearly. With that said $7 dollars for a coconut is expensive. The empeñadas were priced the same so I was disappointed. The jams/jellies were the best bargain because every where else they were almost double what I paid. I went for the food so I did not get a price on clothes and souvenirs. With that said, practice Aloha because we all have a life to live.

literally nothing to buy. You have to pay money to sweat in the heat. Cute souvenirs but all very marked up for what they are. They were selling wired wrapped rings for $10 a piece and you can make those in less than 1 min. Lack of food choices too. The only pastry I bought here I was gaslighted into buying probs bcuz no one else wants to buy it since it tastes like diabetes in a bite.

It was a nice way to spend the day. Lots of vendors. Sadly I feel jipped as a dress I bought there was $30 and the next day I saw the exact dress at good old ABC market for $20! Same with some earrings that I purchased that were supposedly handmade by a local artist for $20. Today I saw them on Amazon for $10 for a 10pack! I totally feel jipped. I'd be careful with what you purchase as things are defenitly not cheaper. They do have lots of fruits, flowers, and art that are worth a look.

Small but nice few selection of item you can buy to take home with you (fresh fruits and flowers) or buy cheap souvenirs like bracelets, necklaces, cute Hawaiian dress/tshirts,sarongs and personalized items.

Easily exceeded my low expectations (based on other flea markets). Great place for souvenirs, where you can find your typical souvenirs (stickers, knick-knacks, cheap jewelry) that you'd also find in any ABC store, but lots and lots of hand-made crafts and specialty food items. Some of the most interesting to me were drift-wood display pieces, hand-crafted ornaments, laser-etched wood (I couldn't resist buying a "base set Charizard") by Lahaina Underground. I even found a stand randomly selling dozens of painted D&D miniatures that her mother had acquired in Oregon. There's a popsicle stand, Maui Girlz Shave Ice, plate lunch, fancy hot dogs.

This was our 5 star spot last year. Free last year, back to 50¢ a person. Quality/Quantity - 5 stars last year, free and more vendors. Still plenty of food vendors, see all my pictures. And plenty of local trinkets, sorry no pictures as I do not really like to shop, but if you are following me, you probably can't tell. Pictures sometimes say more than words, so please check them out. :) Atmosphere - Open only 1 day a week on Saturday from 7am to 1pm. Free re-entry with a hand stamp, had the guy stamp both hands so I can come back next year for free, JK. Free parking, come early for the shaded spots. :) Service - Good. Price - 50¢ for entry, and the other prices depend on what you buy. Owner Comment - No comment, except the website on Yelp is incorrect. Everyone should come and have a good time. :) Support local businesses!

Every souvenir you could possibly want! Cute dresses, art, crafts, soaps, food etc etc etc. 50c to get in. It can get really hot, so wear a hat (or buy one there like I did)!

Came back to this swapmeet twice while on our vacation. Real nice stuff for gifts. 50 cents entrance fee for 13 and over. Prices between vendors are pretty much the same except the fruit and vegetable stands. Sadly we leave with a bad taste in our mouth cuz we bought $100 worth of Jeff's jellys and Jams to bring home for gifts along with the spices. We were recc the hibachi spice and it was very good thus why we returned a second time. Because the jams were small glass jars it was suggested by the sales guy we carry it on. Well..no go. They were confiscated by TSA. I sent Jeff a text to please forewarn him that this was not good recc. He got his sale but we got no gifts. No response to my text. I can only stand by his spices but not his other items as we never tasted them. So..just a warning to others who do happen to stop by his stand. Also there is a shave ice stand too. It doesnt reach level of Uulanis but definitely a nice treat.

Maui Swap Meet is a MUST when visiting Maui. Go hungry and plan to eat at the food truck vendors. Hold off on purchasing souvenirs until you visit the swap meet--wonderful local crafters and artists selling high-quality authentic products.

I have mixed feelings because in my head I wanted to compare the Maui Swap Meet to the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet on Oahu and that is definitely not a fair comparison. We arrived on a Saturday morning and though the parking lot was busy, we were able to find parking without too much difficulty. This is a great stop to buy souvenirs like clothing, jewelry, key chains, magnets, etc as a tourist but also they had stalls with fresh fruits and vegetables, plants paintings, wood carvings and other home good type products. So there is really quite a variety. For food and drink options, we first stopped to grab a musubi from a cart that was also serving other hot foods. There were a few vendors selling bread and pastries. We tried a banana bread from Aunty Lia's and it was very good, super moist. There was also a place to get fresh coconut juice. Unfortunately it was so gloomy on the day we were here and even rained for a good 10 minutes, so with the bum weather we only needed about 45 min-1 hour to explore the whole swap meet.

If your looking for touristy like souvenirs, this is your place. We have been to many island swap meets that are much better. But this will do okay.
