“Arrived at the new car rental centre via the tram which is located directly across from the arrivals area, to find a shiny and clean Dollar Rental Car office and no line up. This was 10:45pm on January 24th 2020. The agent was helpful, professional, friendly, and not pushy at all. Quickly we were on our way to the undercover parkade with instructions to select ANY full size car we preferred, the keys were in the ignitions! It gave us an opportunity to size out trunk space and get a feel for each vehicle. We breezed through the exit booth where they note which vehicle you have selected, and we were on our way! Return drop off two weeks later was simple, just park the car and go! Excellent experience. We used Hawaii Discount Rentals to get the best deal.”
