The worst haircut I’ve ever had! Went for a trim for a bob cut, came out looking like I’d been in a train wreck! I was assured she could do a bob trim.. I am disgusted by the cut and lack of customer service when I told them how disappointed I was. The worst.. nothing more I can say!? I had to give a star to post.. I really wanted none at all!

Stupid pigeon sitting on top of the sign dropped a load on me going in. Manager seemed unwilling or unable to do anything about it when I suggested putting bird spikes on top of their sign which is just a few bucks. "We just go in or out really quickly" ?

My first time there! Great cut! She did exactly as I asked her. Unfortunately, they feel abandoned by their corporate leaders. That’s very sad. Abusive!

Made an appointment for a haircut. Arrived five minutes early. Checked in and waited 40 minutes. No one ever communicated that there was an extended wait time. Ended up leaving without service.

No sense in making appointments. You come when your supposed to & sit and wait for an hour. If you want to make an appointment be sure you have no other plans because you probably wont make it!!Service: Long haircut

Terrible experience. I called to schedule a haircut and hair color. Asked for red and hair looks brown like it did before, they weren't even gonna cut and I had to tell them. Thats why I called and schedule ahead of time. Just horrible experience and waste of money never going back again. It's not the first time they mess up either.

Not sure why they bother with reservations since they don’t honor them. Showed up a few minutes before my reservation (first and last time for that) and was told that there was a problem where she was overbooked and that there were two people ahead of me.

Not sure why this place takes appointments? I made one for 1230, walked in at 1225 and someone ran by the desk and told me they'd be with me shortly. I sat down and two people walked in the door and were taken back to a chair before me. At 1245 I got up and left. I can only dream of treating my customers so poorly and remaining in business.

Clean place, good parking. Good stylist and got the warm moist towel to pick up stray hairs at neck-back which was nice. In plaza with Safeway which has a Starbucks inside.Services: Hairstyling
