I had a leak that was losing a lot of water and my water bill spiked tremendously. I called Steve's Plumbing because of the ratings on Google. I spoke with a lady (I wish I got her name); she was so pleasant on the phone. It did not take long to schedule a technician to come to the house for an assessment. Kaalai was very professional and personable. He noticed that I didn't understand what he was talking about and took the time to explain it. He didn't rush me to make a decision; he gave me some options and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend Steve's Plumbing and Kaalai.

Very good service. They were able to come out the day after I called. Kameron was knowledgeable and installed the new faucet right away.

Delighted with this responsive company! They came on time, let me know who (picture) was coming, WHEN they were coming, identified the issue and fixed it. My invoice then had photos that will help me going forward. The technician was informative and did a great job.

We recommend Steve’s Plumbing services. We found a leak on Friday and a Plummer was schedule for a free quote on Monday. Kailiwai Lau-Amaral came to our home. He was so nice and professional. He was quick but gave us everything we needed to make the best decision for the services.

What a lovely young man he was here on time he worked efficiently and quietly. I don’t know anything about plumbing, but I know that I have two brand new toilets that are working and I’m very grateful to him.

Not recommended. Polite and all but tried to sell a 'membership' which I wasn't interested. Billing sketchy - no itemized bill for specific items/parts. Would rather have up front billing than 'random charges.'

Honest and direct. Maka took the time to explain that it looks like the unit was not maintained by the previous owner and appeared to have had a leak for a period of time. Filling the unit would make it cooler for a short period of time. Based on the age of the split air unit it is better to look at replacing the unit.
