Slowest service ever, and they never could get a color matched. After almost an hour in the store, I told them I needed to get the painting job done before sunset. Headed over to PPG and matched my paint perfectly. I was out of their store in 10 minutes.

I walked in and never was recognized. I was a ghost while the 2 guys were talking. They even left me in the store by myself. If I were a thief it would have been a good opportunity. This is why little shops don't stay open. Tried to not hit lowes or Home Depot, but I don't have a choice, sad to say.

Amazing service! Stopped by to get some test paint colors and Tyler was super courteous, patient and knowledgable. He shared the specials that he thought would save me money and positions available, including the benefits of working at Sherwin-Williams.

Tyler at Sherwin Williams was very helpful, he asked questions and made great suggestions.He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.He accommodated my painting needs. He had my order ready and helped take it to my car.I have done business with Sherwin Williams for at least 10 or more years. I took the advice of one of the store associates at the Kahului location and completely regret it. After taking the floor down to bare concrete, I was told that the tread plex paint product didn't require a base primer. 3 years later, there are bubbles and flaking paint in several large areas across 2,000 Sq ft. Thanks for the help... I'm guilty for not doing more thorough research before hand, it totally sucks.

Awesome customer service! The store manager, Calle (sp?) was so helpful and set the tone for her team. everyone was great! We bought 35 gallons of Emerald paint and when we paint the exterior of our house, we'll definitely be back for more help. Can't say enough great comments about our experienc!

The Kihei, Maui, Sherwin Williams store is well-run and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. The woman who assisted me helped me select the perfect color and correct base. I highly recommend this store.
