Randall arrived as expected. He quickly found that my washer drum was the problem and re-torqued the drum hex nut. I was extremely pleased that my washer issue was repaired on the 1st tech visit. Randall was professional, explained my washer issue, and he was off to his next awaiting service call. Thank you Randall ?

SAMSUNG FRIG FROM LOWES. Ice bin was totally froze up and took 5 towels to soak up lengthy steam thaw. Unknown if the ice maker would be able to make ice..4 or 5 previous call outs from Daniel (prev.service) ,long wait time to try replacement parts & ice jams/without ice for years!!! Now a different tech from new service agent @ Sears for 2 new parts..but no one at Sears took his call. I was asked to sign off on this "repair or thaw" without it having any frozen cubes yet. Tech didn't schedule to call me back for parts ordering follow-up. When I refused to sign off he then showed me where the parts need to go in. Finally, he said "drain heater, unplugged" . Only because he couldn't order parts and I wouldn't sign off on it. So this issue drags on & on for years, no replacement on my lengthy complaints/ Protection plan..I refused again to sign off. It's a latent factory problem and I need a new frig so I don't lose a future tenant and I'm stressed out again on same issue!I need to be able to order a replacement ASAP. Michelle B.-MAUI

Excellent service by Lani. She texted that she was 30 minutes out. Jumped on the frig problem right away. Replaced motor and cleaned frig in one hour. Cleaned her work site and was a really really nice person that seems to really care about doing a great job all the time.

Received multiple updates on the confirmation of the appt and also when the service tech was en route the day of service. Was very pleased that the issue was resolved with just one visit and the tech had the parts needed to repair the top rack of my dishwasher.Thank you for the communication/updates and resolving the issue quickly.

Lani G. came to repair our LG refrigerator last week. Not only did she quickly diagnose the problem with the frig, order the necessary parts and install them to get the frig working again, but she was also a pleasure to work with. I had scheduled an appliance repair with Sears Appliance Repair and Jon was our repairman who serviced out GE Dishwasher. Yes, he was very courteous and knowledgable. He determined what parts were needed and ordered them for the repair. The following week he scheduled the final visit and completed the necessary work. Yes, I recommend Sears Appliance Service and Repair and will use them in the future. I am a loyal customer for over 35years. Sears has earned my trust all thee years.Service: Dishwasher repair

Taylor came at 8 am and evaluated the range, ordered parts that he needed and made a follow up appointment to install the items. He was out within an hour. Then he called at about 12 pm that he would be returning to repair our dryer. He fixed the dryer and he was done.

I spoke with a colleague on chat and requested a 45 minute prior phone call. In addition, I received an updated schedule that the repairman would be at my house at 4:48 PM. I scheduled my day based on this. However, the repairman showed up at my house around 3 PM. He stated he had no idea about the coordination done with the company. This is unacceptable. I’m not able to stay home all day and miss work.A phone call 45 minutes prior to arriving should not be in any way too much task.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

I was called by Chad and he arrived on time and introduced himself. He arrived in uniform and with a Sears detailed van.He was friendly but business like and quickly confirmed the problem.He then as promised gave me a more technical explanation of the problem and the cost for the service. I confirmed as he had the repair parts in his van.In a few minutes he set the washer in cycle to test as he with permission cleaned and inspected our dryer.The washer seems brand new and we are totally satisfied with the repair, the service, and a very knowledgeable and friendly technician.Services: Dryer repair

Richard knows about refridgeration, but he said our issue was about improper installation - the fridge is over 20 years old and it was fine for most of that time so installation isnt really the problem and i read the owners manual and it was installed as to the specifications, so my issue is not resolved
