There are Lots of good used and new clubs to pick from. However, some staff seemed uninterested in assisting with clubs and needed to learn more about the products.

The selection is better than it was 3 years ago. In Maui, it seems like this is the only golf shop left. The only other option is to buy golf supplies at the golf course.
There were also sale clothes, so I bought the cheapest shirt. I think the customer service is also good.

This could have been a terrible review without the help of Ikaika… I’m a scratch golfer originally from Oregon where I worked at one of the largest pro shops on the west coast. My first impression of Rodger Dunn Golf was a positive one. Friendly staff, that seemed knowledgeable, and helped me to find exactly what I wanted. I walked out with a new Scotty Cameron putter. The next time I came in it was the same thing. Great service upfront and they helped to find the right set. The set I had my eyes on were a set of Titleist T100•S irons With TSR3 metals, and a Vokey wedge set. I decided to purchase the irons first and told the salesman I would like to buy them today if possible. This is where the whole company begins to fail. First, they say they have a set in the box and ready to go in their inventory list. AWESOME! After 30 minutes of searching the whole store, no irons were found… Then they say they have to order it but first need to get in contact with the Titleist rep to see their stock and get a turnaround time for the set. It takes 4 days and me calling them to get a call back just to be told it’s 2-3 weeks out and I can’t get the modus shafts I wanted. No problem, I’ll just get my second choice of shaft an AMT white and roll with it. The sales rep confirms over the phone that we are all set and good to go. I even call back 3 minutes later to confirm the specs of the order and they are confirmed verbally back to me. I then wait 2 weeks and give them a call to check in and get a status update. Mostly just hopeful and excited but not expecting anything. When the salesman answers the phone, Ikaika happily helps me and tries to find the order. But there’s no order form anywhere, apparently… I am now starting to get very frustrated with this whole process and I’m starting to regret purchasing through Rodger Dunn. If I ordered online through Titleist I would be a few days away from my new set and would have had a tracking number and everything… This is where Ikaika steps in with awesome customer service. He explains he cannot find the order but will contact a manager and investigate. The next day he calls multiple times to make sure I contact them. Takes accountability when all the other reps claimed a miscommunication to skirt around it. He has been in constant contact with me since the order and I have just ordered my TSR3 Driver through him which he has already ordered and called to confirm once more. Personal service will always beat online service, especially when it’s handled like Ikaika handles his clients. Thanks Ikaika!

Great business. Stopped for supplies on our way to our round at Waiehu municipal golf course. Staff was very helpful and informative. Prices were good. They even let us hit some clubs on their GC quad golf sim, no problem. Would recommend. !

They made me feel stupid when I asked about clubs. I bought a sand wedge that didn't match my set for alot of money. After I left a friend I told about my purchase said he had the matching club I needed and gave it to me. So I went back to dunn store a hour after I bought it never used it and they would not give me a refund on a club I never used and bought a hour earlier. Will never shop their again. Try craigslist before tet8 g them

Took my son there for a driver. I don’t golf so I can’t help him other than to pay for it. As we entered, the gentleman behind the counter greeted us and assisted us right away. My son is still growing and he got what he needed for now. My son told me afterwards that the guy was cool and answered all his questions. Quality customer service right there ??

I needed my SW re-gripped. Called ahead and they said it would take 5-20 minutes. Went in - met with 2 great representatives, and was out the door with a new Dri-Tac oversized grip in 5 minutes.Awesome.
