Terrific customer service. I purchased a painting from a Lahaina artist who lost it all In the fire. He didn't even have a piece of cardboard. He got the painting to PICTURESPLUS Kahului. They received it, packed it beautifully and shipped it to me in Arizona. Great service to me and to the Artist. Mahalo!!! MM

I can't say enough about the incredible service I received at Picture Plus in Kahului, Maui. This was my third time getting a diploma framed at their store, but this experience truly stood out. Scott the manager went above and beyond to make sure I had the perfect frame. He helped me discover a stunning Koa frame that beautifully complemented the document. What truly impressed me was his attention to detail. Not only did he expertly mount the diploma, but he also added felt wall protectors to ensure it stays in pristine condition. The hanger wire was perfectly placed, giving me confidence that my diploma would be showcased safely. I've had the pleasure of visiting Picture Plus before, but this time was different. The level of service I received was simply exceptional. Scott was amazing and Picture Plus has earned my trust and loyalty. I definitely recommend them to anyone seeking a top notch frame. Thank you Scott, I am beyond thrilled with my results.

They'll treat you well if you're a rich hipster, but don't expect to even be acknowledged if you look like a local. Over priced koa veneer frames with veneer peeling at joints, very disappointing but they'll do in a pinch

We bought a rental property and discovered that the artwork on the walls were all anchored down and needed to be removed using a key-like tool. We were told to check out Pictures Plus. They were so helpful in selling us the key. Robert showed us how to remove the artwork and attach similar anchors to anything we might buy in the future. When we needed new artwork for a living room wall and needed to get it immediately, we headed to Pictures Plus. I couldn't make a decision as to a collage of pictures, and they let me lay artwork on the floor in groups in order to see my options better. Both Robert and Clarice were so patient and helpful!! I ended up buying 4 pieces of art in aluminum and we're just thrilled with how it came out! Thank you Pictures Plus!!

Frames are generally not something you associate with getting fired up about, but Robert makes me want to find stuff to frame just to visit the store; he is more excited and knowledgable about frames than anyone I've ever met is about anything. Cannot recommend him and the store enough.

Don't know what happened but they were not able to fulfill my order. I was told that the order would be ready in a week. Three weeks out, I cancelled the order. Staff never called me to update me on the progress of my order. I had to stop by the store to get any updates. Hope the business discusses their communication protocols.

I had to visit Pictures Plus to purchase a frame for a photo. In this pandemic, I wasn't sure if they were working on an appointment basis or was actually open. I called and spoke with the employee there and she explained they were open for walk-ins. Limit of 5 people inside the store at a time and when I got there, there was 1 customer being helped. Even while busy, I was acknowledged and soon assisted. I didn't get her name but the lady who helped me was extremely helpful with everything! I was amazed at how easily she made my purchase there! Thank you very much! You are a true asset to this locally owned business! Definitely would recommend going here if you need frames or shadow boxes or art prints, etc.! Free parking at the Maui Marketplace and the prices are competitive to those you find elsewhere in town. They also have Koa wood frames in case you want them. All in all, a great place to get framed!
